Hi, and welcome to our forest Retreat. In a previous life, Russell lead award winning restaurants and established Kato, an internationally renown premium producer of condiments, dips, sauces and char-grilled vegetables - "all the really tasty bits that make going to a restaurant great"

While Karen initially trained in beauty therapy and has enjoyed a career in hospitality she has also undertaken a number of formal qualifications on the sea
