Perfect Family Getaway!
This was a great place to stay for a Disney vacation! We had four families and young kids and this was a very affordable alternative to staying at a hotel, especially for a group of this size. The layout was spacious with plenty of comparable sized bedrooms and bathrooms. In the bedrooms, you could hardly hear any noise if you were retreating. In terms of location, the commute to each park was only about 15 minutes. The host was very responsive which was nice since this was my first time using VRBO. This choice of rental made our family vacation very special. Highly recommend!

Great Home Away from Home
Our Family Enjoyed the Private Pool, Spa & Gameroom. Enough space for us too spread out. the Kitchen’s Long Island on one side was Great for Our Buffet Style Meals;-) We Loved this Property. Plenty of Parking. Entering & Exiting the Property was a Breeze. Some of our family did utilize the lazy river & mini golf & thry did enjoy that it was right on property. 30 minute commute to airport & universal;-) Thank you Too our host it’s a beautiful house. The only thing I’d add to the listing so people know—(I like too get groceries delivered when we travel so I order ahead & have delivered around our arrival time) is that there is a crockpot for use a Keurig & Regular coffeee pot & cookie sheets. The Kitchen was very well stocked had pods & some coffee & some laundry detergent too get you started. I ordered a huge pack of TP wasn’t needed cause house had adequate TP in bathrooms. Thank you Again we had a Great Time!

Prima. We hebben het naar ons zin gehad. Service is ook uitstekend. Enige minpunt is het naar binnen rijden. Er staan regelmatig lange wachtrijen. De QR code werkt vaak niet naar behoren en dat zorgt voor oponthoud. Verder geen klagen.

Great property worth everything you need!
Great property with everything you need, whether July plan on staying on or venturing out to the surrounding attractions! We were able to go to universal, the beach, and spend several days relaxing at the house! The kids and adults got plenty of use out of the game room and the theater room!

Property not as described
Leading up to the trip the host was responsive and helpful. Upon arrival the layout of the house was not described. Some of the rooms were connected that weren’t supposed to be and some didn’t have bathrooms attached as the listing stated. For my particular party this was an issue for comfort and I had spent a lot of time leading up making sure the lay out was perfect for our family’s make up. The table outside was also only for six when it had stated it was for 8. This prohibited us from eating dinner outside. Glass was also broken in the game room. While it was taped, this was not ideal. While they have changed the listing to accurately state the lay out of the house, the host has stopped replying to me as I have requested compensation for the inaccurate description of the house and the uncomfortable situation it caused my family. There are also no dressers in the bedrooms so there is absolutely nowhere to unpack your clothes which was very frustrating. Beware of house layout descriptions as they may be inaccurate since they run a ton of houses in the community. You are just one of a ton of families they are dealing with and don’t care about making things right as you are just a dime a dozen to them. While the lead up to our stay was welcoming and responsive, the post-trip communication has just completely stopped without them coming to compromise of making this better. Based on the deception and uninterest to right their wrong I would not recommend.

Great house for a multi family vacation
House was a great size for 4 families to share. Larger than it looks in the pictures. Well maintained, clean, and stocked kitchen. Game room and themed rooms were a lot of fun for the kids. The pool/patio was a nice size and we paid for the heat and really enjoyed the hot tub. Location is in the middle of Disney and Universal which worked out well since families were going to different parks. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful to questions/concerns we had before and during our trip. The checkout/cleanup process was the easiest I've had with VRBO! Much appreciated! One of the neighborhood clubhouses was within walking distance. The amenities there were very nice but there were never enough chairs and/or shade even though there was a lot of space. They were also overly strict on bringing in a drink or snack which was frustrating since the restaurant had a huge line and was slow. Hopefully, the HOA can work on some changes. Loved the house and location and would stay there again!

Amazing house for a big group!
I would highly recommend this house to any big group of friends/fam staying in Orlando and visiting the parks. Location worked out perfectly. The house is BIG, very accommodating, beautiful, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds, super kitchen and fun game room and movie room! Pool heater worked for the entire stay. Stove was tricky to understand but we figured it out. Not much cell service, but wifi worked perfectly. We did have some minor problems with game equipment and cleanliness in same room but we reported it and they responded quickly and it was all fixed in no time. Their customer service is excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely and we would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. This home is great for big families. Our kids loved the game room and the adults really enjoyed the theatre room. The stove was a little tricky to figure out at first, but once we figured out which pots worked with the burners, it was smooth sailing. Overall it was perfect for our weekend get away.

Dishwasher wasnt working, main level sink was clogged and if you took a shower the toliet gurgled. Plumbing issues. The location had 1 washer and 2 dryers. 1 of those dryers didnt work at all and the other took 2 full cycles to completely dry the laundry. The kitchen equipment and all utensils were extremely cheap. The handle on one pan was falling off. 1 of the sliding doors was not operable and screwed shut with almost a half inch gap open. Paid for this place for the ability to have laundry, full kitchen, etc. unfortunately didnt get what we paid for. The staff was nice however and met us right away when the front door battery died on the lock pad.

Home was perfect for our family of ten with room to spare! Close to everything you need in a vacation rental. Close to target and great food and only 15/20 minutes from the parks! Will book again in the future!
