Direct Gulf Front Condo with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach.. The master bedroom also faces the beach so you can sleep with the gentle sounds of the surf rolling onto shore. KIMA is a smaller 30 unit complex with a waterside, heated pool, and secure keyed lobby. Walk to restaurants, grocery store, post office and library. Water taxi can take you to Famous John’s Pass Village and many other fun spots. THERE IS ONLY ONE ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE WITH THIS UNIT.

Family Vacation

The actual unit was nice, updated kitchen, furniture etc… The area was nice with a good ocean and beach front location. There were just a couple of things that were disappointing for us. We specifically rented this property because it had a heated pool on the beach and the pool heater was broke the entire time we were there. Seaside properties was awesome to communicate with, they were really on-top of it with communication ahead of our trip to make sure we had our codes and parking passes etc… One other disappointment, renters before us tweaked the screen door on the master so someone duct taped it shut, we couldn’t use it, and the bedroom window wouldn’t shut all the way, it was crooked and tweaked so my sons’ could hear traffic and such all night. Had to stuff towels around it to try to drown out some of the noise.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great rental unit. It has a wonderful location with just steps out to the beach! One flight of stairs up or even an elevator! Heated pool was great when we tired of the ocean. Plenty of chairs to hang around on the beach or pool area as well. Unit was so clean! It had everything we could have possibly needed. We cooked several meals in the condo and had everything we needed. There were also coolers and chairs and beach toys for the kids. Plenty of towels and clean linens. Walkable to many restaurants and things for the kids to do. We only left in the car once! This is a wonderfully taken care of condo with everything that your family needs for the week! Can’t wait to come stay again!!

Madeira Relaxation

Our condo was very clean and looked great. Loved that there was a washer and drier in the unit. Liked to wake up in the morning and look out the patio doors to the ocean or look out patio doors from the living room as well. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the security gate to beach was broken and left unlocked all the time and then on our last day the security door to stairwell seemed to not function either. But you could at least get to your condo through the elevator. Fantastic relaxing time in a well kept condo. We would stay there again.

Fantastic!

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place! Very pleased with the cleanliness of the whole condo. All of the furnishings were new and updated. Plus there were several extras in the room for use- beach toys, cooler, chairs, games. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and the pool was nice too! The thermostat on the air conditioner did stop working once but I messaged the property owner and within 15 minutes she called me and had the repair guys there very quickly, who easily fixed it. I’ll definitely bring my family back to this unit again! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Comfortable condo with all amenities of home

The condo was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and accommodating. Appliances and kitchen utensils were high quality. Many amenities like beach towels, cooler, washer / Dryer, and beach chairs were available. Condo is close to grocery and restaurants. The sofas were a little weak in the springs but looked decent. Patio was nice with high top tables and chairs. The A/C worked well. Pool was clean, but dated. No shaded areas for pool. The lobby was shabby, and elevator was slow, hot and dirty; not good first impressions. Beach was clean. Reserved parking spot was nice. We felt very comfortable in the condo.

Family Vacation 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our stay! The beach was a very short distance and was not overly crowded. The pool is seemingly small in the pictures, but definitely enough, never crowded either. The condo was clean and comfortable. The king size bed slept well and the twin beds were comfortable for my 19 and 7 year olds. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths, even beach towels if you need them. We did a little cooking, mostly breakfast. There were enough cooking items to accommodate. The location was great! It's a busy street, but it was quiet inside. All we heard was the occasional rescue siren. There are several restaurants you can walk to, if you're feeling adventurous. Caddy's on the beach was really a short walk and so good! We walked down to Roll It Ice Cream which is in a strip center just passed The Daquiri Shak. So amazing!! I never had rolled ice cream before and liked it so much we went twice that week. Walking to it helps burn some of the calories you take in, wink wink. One day we drove down to Fort De Soto, less than 30 min. away. We took the ferry over to Shell Key Island and enjoyed an afternoon of gathering shells. I had not been to The Gulf side of FL since I was 12. We have places that we routinely vacation, but we also have a tradition of picking new places every year and exploring those areas. It makes great memories for our family. We were very pleased with our choice this year! It was very nice to have a place that felt almost like home to come back to at the end of the day. Thank You!

Perfect vacation location

We travel to Florida every year for the week of the 4th of July and have done this for years. This condo is by far the cleanest, nicest and best location we have ever rented. The check in and out process was easy and convenient. The location is close to everything you would want or need yet you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of chaos like the Clearwater area. The beach itself is a very short walk from the condo and is gorgeous. You literally walk down the stairs or take the elevator down to the ground level and take a couple steps and you’re on the beach. It’s not overly crowded and is beautiful. We saw manatees 3 of the 7 days swimming by and of course dolphins daily from our balcony. This condo is the perfect getaway if you want a clean place to stay that has everything you need to just simply enjoy the days relaxing in the sun and warm water. Management was also prompt every time we communicated.

Summer vacation

This place was fully stocked with everything you needed. Had cleaning supplies and pots and pans. Had beach chairs and umbrellas but can also purchase them as well if you wanted lay out chairs on the beach. The only complaint I have is the ice maker does not put off a lot of ice so when we got there someone prior to us had purchased a bag of ice and left it for us so we did the same for people staying after us. Otherwise everything else was perfect!!!

Gorgeous

Gorgeous was one word to describe the beach and the condo. We had one day of Red Tide and then the beach cleaning crew came every day. Would have been better to have a full size bed instead of 2 twins for our friends. Also we could have used an additional parking spot for our friends. We worked this out and had an awesome time! Definitely a family friendly beach, even during spring break.

Great stay!

Our condo was perfect! Just exactly as it was listed. Enjoyed having extra towels, some condiments and paper products. It was in a great location for shopping and restaurants. The only downside was the “red tide” which caused a lot of coughing and sneezing.

EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!!

This was our first vacation to Madeira Beach. We have been to Sand Key twice, more than 10-12 years ago which is a few miles down the road. LOVED the Madeira Beach area! Our condo was AMAZING! So beautifully decorated and every provision in the condo from the sheets on the bed to the silverware in the kitchen drawer (and EVERYTHING in between!!!) - was of the best quality! The owner has done an awesome job in providing such a welcoming and special atmosphere for those who come to enjoy their "happy place"! The beach is just steps away from the condo (closest we've ever been) and WOW - the gulf water was unbelievably warm! So warm that we would have to go to the pool just to cool off! Have never experienced it THIS warm before! My husband was elated to have a manatee swim by him - close enough that he could see its face. I could see the "shadow" pass by but I was a little farther away - which was TOTALLY fine with me! Other than that experience, did not see ANY critters in the water! I was elated at that! We had perfect "day" weather, which was GREAT cause we spent all of our days (from 10ish to 4:30ish on the beach, with some rain most every evening (didn't get a beautiful sunset until the end of the week). It was pretty cool watching the storms come in from the gulf. We are not ones that are privy to yearly vacations but we are HOPING that we can return (to this same condo!!!) as early as next year! It was an amazing week and our soooo glad we chose Madiera Beach and Kima Condo 105! John & Kelly

Great stay at Madeira Beach!

We had a wonderful time and the condo was great! The kitchen was really nice, bedrooms perfect, and loved the shower in the Master Bathroom. The balcony has a wonderful and relaxing view. It’s on the beach and a very short walk to the water compared to some condos we have stayed in. The location is great! The owner is very kind and responsive.

Lovely lodgings

This condo had everything we needed and more. It was very nicely furnished but with plenty of room for our belongings. We appreciated the full sized washer and dryer as well as the nice appliances. Our family has food allergies so we used the oven, stovetop and microwave frequently to prepare meals. While the kitchen is smaller than we are used to- I had everything I needed as far as dishes, pots and pans and baking sheets. I also loved having two full bathrooms as we were traveling with two teenagers. Proximity to the beach was wonderful and we appreciated the balcony quite a lot. We also rented a cabana that already set up on the public beach very close to the resort. There were plenty of free chairs on resort property we could have used but I wanted to be closer to the ocean and have a lot shade. Photos accurately represent the property which was also very clean and well maintained. A/c was nice and cool as well. Don’t hesitate to book!
