The 5-bedroom home sleeps 12 and is zoned for easy, enjoyable family living, with all the Queen beds located in the premier upstairs position, along with the main bathroom. The rooms are all beautifully appointed with luxury hotel quality sheets and bath towels, making your stay as pleasurable as possible.

There’s heaps of kids toys and games and even a table tennis table in the garage! This area is serviced by a bathroom and fully equipped laundry (with washing machine and dryer). The backyard will be the site of long summer days spent in a relaxing setting, with an outdoor shower, furniture, BBQ and plenty of space for the kids to run around.
Spotlessly clean and freshly renovated, it is comfortable furnished and styled to reflect the location., The upper level is a revelation of light and space with open plan living, kitchen and dining, equipped with everything you will need to cook up a storm. Guests have access to the whole property. There is room for up to 3 cars at this property. There is a separate privately rented unit at the back of the property, so please no parking or blocking of the right hand side driveway.

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks, shops and beaches. On and off-street parking available. The house is situated a flat 200m walk from The Terrace shopping precinct.
Buses to and from Ocean Grove/ Barwon Heads / Geelong.
Closest train station 24km away (Marshall station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Ocean Grove is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne.
Beaches - Our beautiful local beaches are just 400m away. Ocean Grove Beach offers family friendly swimming, surfing, and walking and is patrolled in summer months.
13th Beach offers long beach walks and waves for advanced surfers.
Barwon River caters to fishing, swimming, SUPing, kayaking, and walking the shoreline.
The house is situated a flat 200m walk from The Terrace shopping precinct, with plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries, breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is a great day out with the kids - just 10 mins drive away.
Other Things to Note:
The right hand side driveway needs to be kept clear at all times as there is a unit behind that we rent out permanently.. so the tenants in the unit behind can’t be blocked in.. the right hand side garage is also locked and not useable.
