Perfect for our needs!

This rental suite was spotless, quiet, fully equipped, and perfect for our needs while visiting family. The central location was very convenient for exploring Victoria and Sidney and hiking in various parks. Highly recommended!

Perfect place in a great location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Rob and Ladan’s place. It is beautiful and quiet. Even though it is a basement appartement, it is very quiet. You may even have the privilege of hearing a very good piano player practice beautifully upstairs! The entryway is private, the bed comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly want in terms of dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, mini appliances and even basics such as flour, sugar and spices! The area is very close to the Saanich Commonwealth pool, grocery store, etc, as well as great walking/hiking paths. The hosts are very responsive. We recommend this place without hesitation!

Not exactly as we expected

My husband and I stayed there for a month. What they didn’t tell us is that there were steps going down to the bedroom and the same for the bathroom which was located at the other end of the suite. I am waiting for knee replacement surgery and this was difficult.

A great suite in Victoria

Winter in Victoria

Pleasant decor, comfy bed, great location - five minutes to Broadmead mall and short drive to hikes in Mount Douglas and other nature trails. Lots of kitchen amenities. Owners friendly and generous people.

Great property

Although we had to cut our stay short, we were happy with the property. The instructions for parking were clear enough to find our way in the dark. The unit is clean, well maintained and well stocked. We would be willing to book this unit in the future and recommend it our friends and family

Week at UVIC

Rob and Ladan’s suite was the perfect base for moving our daughter in to UVIC. We spent a week here, half with our two daughters and half solo. I cooked and froze meals for my student and the suite’s kitchen was more than adequate. The hosts were fantastic, offering us to be a home base for packages or needs for our UVIC student as we are so far away. Great location to campus, close to airport and east access to downtown. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you Rob and Ladan for the kindness and hospitality.

Great place to stay

We spent two months here and enjoyed our stay immensely. The property is in a quiet location within easy access to walking and cycling trails. Restaurants and shopping areas were close by.
