Our property is available. Everything is fine and normal. We will continue to update our property's description on a daily basis related to anything affecting the property or area itself!

This Studio has been recently renovated and furnished for your beach getaway. You have a view of the tennis court from the lanai, while enjoying your breakfast or morning coffee. The unit comes with air conditioner to keep you cool after a day at the beach. In the kitchen, you can prepare your home cook meals, or picnic lunch and snacks, while exploring beautiful island of Maui. Rainy day? Enjoy movies or catch up with some emails with free WiFi

The condo complex is across the street from Kalepolepo Beach Park, Kalepolepo Fishpond and Hawaiian Island Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary. You can enjoy the complex pool and hot tub or play tennis at the tennis court. There is also a BBQ grill by the pool to prepare your favorite grill recipes.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

What a great place to stay! Dream location right by an amazing calm beach with turtles. The place was so clean and smelt fresh upon arrival. We absolutely loved our stay here. It was supplied with everything we needed. It was so home-y and welcoming as well. The check in and check out instructions were easy and clear. We would 100 percent book here again or reccomend it to a friend. Thanks for an amazing stay!

No pillow cases no help

There was no pillow cases for the pillows called on site manager she said she was sorry so we had to sleep without pillow cases very gross place was clean

A cozy and intimate stay by the beach!

The location was amazing as it was across the street from a small but convenient beach park. It's the perfect room for a couple on vacation. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Love rentals was responsive on VRBO when I had a question. The complex seemed like it was all vacation rentals, but it was a quiet and friendly neighborhood (even our neighbor gave us a strawberry papaya growing next to our units). I gave it 4 out of 5 stars due to cleanliness. Granted, it is an older unit and building and so I wasn't expecting the place to be perfect, but the surfaces were a bit dirty and dusty when I had to wipe it with a paper towel. The bedsheets and pillowcases felt a little dirty, but I didn't look in the closet for newer sheets. Other than that, it was great for the value. A good spot with easy parking right in front of the unit. Since the unit is older, the walls were thinner and so hearing noise from other neighbors was common but doable.

Nice and clean place

We loved staying at this condo. Condo is clean, with so many restaurants/convenience stores and things to do nearby. Place also has full kitchen to cook things if you need. Overall, it was great place to stay on our vacation.

Residents of bay surf were great

It was a good stay, although with a three week stay it would have been nice for a linen exchange so that we would not need to incur cost of cleaning ourselves. We had a flood come though the complex which shut down the power, water for a couple days. It also shut down the pools for about a week, tennis court is still out of commission and the laundry room and equipment were destroyed. The resident owners were great in doing what they could to get everything operational. They put in a lot of effort as did the resident maintenance folks. Kudos to them. Lisa was very accommodating getting back to us with any questions we had. Thank you for that.

Staying there would have been much more relaxing if I didn’t receive a multiplicity of emails with detailed instructions about restrictions/limitations on my stay from 4 or 5 different entities that used differing names for the unit I rented. When I arrived, there were no instructions for where things,ie, garbage disposal, pool access, laundry room were located. Inoperable coffee maker,can opener, and no toaster. I did appreciate the neighbors, who were friendly and helpful.
