Wild Rose Cottage, WIFI, 100M to the water

Summary:
Wild Rose Cottage ( named by the original owner), is a renovated 1960’s cottage which still retains some of its original charm but with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Located just 100m approx to the Sailing club at the river and a 10 min walk to the beach.

The Space:
Enjoy coffee in the morning sun on the new front deck then take a 5 minute stroll to the wharf for brunch at Hectors or to browse the Sunday morning markets. After a day at the beach perhaps a glass of wine at the wharf barrel shed or perhaps the Sailing club. The pub is only a short walk also for a meal out. You’ve got so much at your fingertips, there isn’t a whole lot of reason for the car to move far from the driveway!
The cottage comprises three bedrooms, One Queen bed in the master and the other with two single beds.
The rear shed has a partial conversion into a granny flat or studio apartment with Queen bed, living/ kitchenette and second bathroom. This space is only available when 4 or more guests are booked to stay or for an additional $40 per night upon request when fewer people staying.
The fully fenced backyard has a veggie patch (you are welcome to help yourselves to fresh produce), fire pit for the cooler months and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a bbq and a relaxed afternoon.
*Sorry this property is not suitable for young children under the age of 5.
We have a very strict no smoking policy also. Please don’t book this house if you’re a smoker or anyone travelling with you smokes or vapes.
No parties or events.
The outside studio room is only available when 4 or more people are booked to stay. The washing machine is out in that space so it will be unavailable for use for smaller groups.
* Please note that one well behaved, small non-shedding dog may be allowed to come with you. A $75 pet fee will apply. Please let us know if you wish to bring your fur baby. Sorry, no cats. Dogs not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have the house to yourselves but we won’t be far away should you need anything.
