The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer, and the property has a very large two-car garage equipped with an automatic garage door opener, a front facing large deck, outdoor shower, cable TV and Wi-Fi. It is decorated professionally with 5 flat screen TVs, granite counter tops, A gas fireplace, and stainless steel appliances. It is located 2 blocks from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in South Jersey.
This house is designed with 4 very large bedrooms all equipped with a large flat screen HD TV and cable television, and all with walk in closets. Two of the bedrooms each comfortably accommodate two (2) full-sized beds. Bedroom #3 has a queen sized bed. The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and full bathroom. Each bedroom contains a ceiling fan and is beautifully decorated. This luxury condo sleeps 10-12 comfortably. Enjoy dining-in in this fully-stocked kitchen; or just steps away, dine out selecting from one of the many fine restaurants in the South Jersey area. Enjoy the Tiki Topz pool next door at Flip Flops. There is easy access to shopping, dining, the boardwalk, the zoo, fishing, crabbing, miniature golf, and the night life. Right outside your door, walk the seawall to the historic Hereford Inlet Lighthouse and North Wildwood marinas are nearby. There are fireworks every Friday all summer long on the beach, not to mention an extensive boardwalk, nicknamed “two miles of smiles,” due to shopping, games, and rides!

Cape May, Avalon and Stone Harbor are just a 10-minute ride away. If you enjoy gambling, Atlantic City’s casinos are 30 minutes away.

This amazing condo is a very large end unit with beautiful natural lighting, and 1800 square feet of living space with a front-facing balcony with brand new furniture. This location is so perfect (right by the beach, right by the bars). We were here for a girl's weekend and had a wonderful time, and it was great not having to drive or order Ubers to get to where we wanted to go. The host was great, super responsive, and had great instructions. The house was a great size and super clean. We would definitely stay here again!

50th Birthday Celebration!
This rental is in a great location! My family and I celebrated my 50th birthday at this beautiful and spacious house. Everyone had their own room and the kitchen and living space was great to celebrate my birthday with my whole family! The place was very clean and the beds are very comfortable! Be aware of what you’re getting yourself into….
The Context: My family of 5 needed a place to stay for a busy weekend (2 nights) filled with wedding festivities in nearby Stone Harbor. The Good: The place was spacious, comfortable, clean, and a couple of blocks from a gorgeous beach. The Not as Good: 1. Inaccurate Listing: The listing was not accurate as the host did not indicate that guests must provide basic supplies. We intentionally reserved a place that did not require guests to provide linens, towels, and other basic supplies due to our short stay and packed wedding schedule. Unfortunately, two days before we were due to arrive, the host sent us an agreement that stated we were to provide all of the above. When I informed him that this was not indicated on the listing and that I would not have reserved this place if it had, he appeared very frustrated and diminished my concerns. He said that everyone knows to bring their own linens and supplies and made it seem like I was being unreasonable. He reluctantly agreed to buy sheets and drop them off (unwashed) after I expressed my dismay. Once I arrived and complained that basic supplies, like trash bags were not supplied, he became angry and accused me of giving him “a hard time about extremely minor things”. He told me to go to a store and buy trash bags so that I could follow his instructions of taking the trash out of the condo and taking it to the garage or local waste center. He also said that he regretted buying the sheets for us as we were so demanding. These interactions were unpleasant and stressful. 2. The Noise: The place is across the street from a strip of bars, which had live music and typical bar noise that lasted long into the evening. The large parking lot right next to the place was used by bar patrons, having loud (inebriated) conversations directly under the bedroom windows after the bars closed. To make matters worse, that same parking lot is used by municipal trash trucks to empty all the trash and recycling cans from the beaches AT 6:30 AM SUNDAY MORNING! 3. Inappropriate Communication by Host: From the start, the host communicated directly with me via text rather than through the VRBO platform. This made me uncomfortable for obvious reasons. He also tried to convince me to rent directly from him (saying I would save hundreds of dollars) instead of going through VRBO. I declined that offer because I wanted to have the company behind me should there be a dispute or other problem.
