The location of this unit is excellent. Easy access to the beach and a short walk to the Mooloolaba Wharf and the Esplanade with numerous restaurants and shops. Large patio with a very comfy seating chair. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Just as described - a perfect retreat for a romantic weekend for two. Hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay at this property again. Conveniently located to main shopping in Mooloolaba and public transport.

A home away from home. Susanah and Tom have equipped this lovely apartment so well, it felt like home. The proximity to the beach, surf club, shops and restaurants could not have been better. The deck with the outdoor covered day bed was great. Would thoroughly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Perfect week away, despite the weather. Amazing location. For a solo traveller I couldn’t have wished for anything further. From the apartment to the location and amenities provided. The only hiccup was the auto check in process however the owners were excellent with communication and providing all the details needed. 10/10 would book again.

Ideal coastal getaway
License to Chill is the perfect location for a romantic or just a healthy outdoors vacation. With just two minutes walk to the surf, it's easy to swim three times a day, pop into the Surf Club next door for lunch or dinner, grab an acai bowl for breakfast at one of the several eateries within minutes from the apartment, and stroll along the boardwalk out to the spit at dusk. The apartment is nicely furnished with a really comfortable bed, and a very spacious outdoor patio with an ocean view. I could come here every year.

Chilling in Mooloolaba
The property was absolutely beautiful. From the views, cleanliness, and perfect location our holiday was magical. We just loved walking on the beach or strolling the esplanade and checking out all the nice shops and restaurants. It was just so peaceful. We are from the States but if we ever come back to Australia we definitely will come back. Also Susanna and Tom made the check in process was extremely easy.

Perfect Mooloolaba pad
Just steps from the beach, Surf Club, restaurants and Wharf, this cosy, modern and well decked out pad is perfect for a Sunny Coast getaway. Park your car securely underneath - you won't need it again. Bikes are there for an Ocean side pedal and towels for the beach (or heated pool and spa). The large deck overlooking the hubub of Mooloolaba beach is a great place to relax, enjoy a drink and read a book. Hosts were good - accommodating and providing easy check-in instructions and thoughtful touches. The description and photos are accurate and the place was very clean. I would be happy to recommend and to stay again.
