The open floor plan offers a spacious common area with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and stove. The dining area is conveniently located next to the kitchen and has a dining table that seats 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds with a walk-through closet and private bath. The master bath has a tub/shower enclosure. Early Spring trip

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very spacious and clean. We love the area and wanted a last minute trip. It’s a short drive to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely consider staying there again!

Condo near the beach

Good location near the beach with plenty of room. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Had a minor issue with the front door that i was able to resolve and property management was very responsive. As others have said, this condo is on the third floor with no elevator. Not a big deal for me, but could be for some.

Great place to stay

We loved this rental. Very clean and great set up for our family. The indoor pool and hot tub seemed to be out of order, but the condo itself was fantastic for our family. Maintenance issue came up and was taken care of very well. Thank you.

Great Place!

This was one of the best VRBO's I have stayed in. Beds were comfy and the place had enough room for 4 adults. Clean except for certain things. The blender looked like it had never been cleaned. Coffee Pot was dirty. Little damages here and there, but I made sure the property management knew about them. All and all a very nice place. I would stay here again

Week for baseball

The condo was as pictured on the site. It was clean when I arrived. Bug found in the sheets in one of the beds upon our arrival but I re-washed and no further bugs seen throughout the rest of the stay. For future travelers- pool key needs to be picked up at the realty office 5 minutes away.

Loved it.

We really enjoyed our weekend here. The house was as advertised. The beds were really comfortable. I love that one of the rooms is practically an isolated apartment, especially since we were a group of friends traveling together. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator - not a problem for us - but keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

Clean spacious condo

Beware your contract states that you are not refunded if HVAC is not working. The HVAC did not work on day one they fixed evening of 2nd day. Just want people to be aware of what they sign. This was my fault so I still gave them a 5. Otherwise this condo is spacious and clean. Mattresses are very firm. Roku on all the tvs. Regular coffee pot, a blender as well as plenty of dishes and utensils. Great location for families with older / grown children.

Just the Two of Us

Location of this Condo in Sunset Beach is really good. You can get to the beach in under 10 minutes. It is close to all the fun things in N. Myrtle Beach. It is also near Calabash. My husband and I enjoyed the outdoor pool several times and the hot tub once. We like the fact there is an indoor pool too. It is our first vacation since we got married in 2017. The following are a few of the issues we noted: The wallpaper boarder is coming loose near the ceiling. The blinds are twisted in the one bedroom and cannot be raised or lowered easily and, if you do try to raise them, they are uneven. It would be nice to have a clean towel for the kitchen. I think the bedspreads should be updated. We used the exercise room but there was nothing to wipe the equipment down. We bought Clorox wipes and when I went the 2nd time, I really wiped the Elliptical down, before and after use. The first time I got some soap and paper towels from the bathroom to wipe the equipment down for my husband and I. The poolside bedroom had about 7 remotes with the TV but my techy husband could not get it to work but he did manage to get the televisions in the LR and other BR to work with his IT background. Overall, we did like the place and didn't come to watch TV but thought we would post our honest views.

Very nice property. Global stay was a very appreciated experience. Need a refreshing up but every was functionnal and confortable. The carpet in the rooms could be floor as allergies are high with carpet. Also, important to inform that no kleenex, toilet paper for the stay; could be included in my opion as well as the basic kitchen clothes. The only thing that could be interested to develop is an area to eat all together outside. The BBQ zone was not available so no possibility to grill and just one little pinic table; not too appeling. Besides that, would come back any time,

Oyster colony

Entered property at ck in time after 4pm Property was not not cleaned, linens from previous renters were on bed and place was dirty . Cleaners came and we waited 90 mins for cleaning When we came back linens were just thrown on front of washer and dryer on floor and floor was dirty. Main TV in unit didn't have a picture , only color bars and volume .

Quiet location some cleanliness issues

The property was very quiet and well maintained. To get to Sunset Beach you have to cross the bridge and drive to the beach. The housekeeping was mediocre. I am not sure the back bedroom was cleaned well. There were stains on the carpet and on the comforters and candy wrappers on the floor. The deck was nice, however when we arrived there was a pot full of cigarette butts on the table so I assume the back porch furniture not cleaned. The living room and kitchen were spacious and well done. Except for the cleanliness issues our stay was enjoyable.
