3-bedroom ground floor apartment in unique Mediterranean-style Italian villa, Solmare, right on the ocean front. This residence is a true piece of art by the beach, just a few steps away from the patrolled beach and surf club. Take a leisurely stroll to the nearby shopping center and restaurants.

A magnificent family residence situated conveniently on Pacific Boulevard in Buddina. Recently tastefully renovated, this property offers ample space, making it an ideal retreat for a large family.

The 2 levels of this 2-storey house is completely separated from each other. Your space is on the ground floor, with your own private entrance, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and living areas.

I live on the first floor with my kid-friendly dog and 2 cats, totally separated from your space. You might see me during check-in or if you need help, but otherwise, you have the whole place to yourself.

We love having families with kids stay here, and many guests return with their little ones to enjoy the beach paradise of Buddina. Feel at home and enjoy the peace and privacy of your own place.

Great host, great location!!
Aleksandra was an excellent host, very responsive and explained everything well. The house was great, big separate and spacious rooms, nice outside area to relax. Location is amazing, across the road from the beach and close to shops etc. Highly recommend and well be back for sure!!

Little gem in Buddina
Exactly as listed. Our host Aleksandra is just the best & her dog Tara was amazing. Even though the weather was not the best we felt cosy & at home. Everything is accessible within reach from beach to sightseeing to the mall & shops.
