AMAZING

This condo was perfect. It was clean and a great view. Convienent with the far elevator also. Triston is a blessing. We needed a few basic kitchen items so I emailed him that evening and he was there first thing the next morning with what we needed and more. The only downfall is there is no washer and dryer. I would suggest removing the shelving in the half bath and put an economy size one there and hook to bathroom plumbing. Other than that, we will book again.

Great beach access

The property had easy beach access, 1 heated pool and 2 hot tubs. There was a security presence that was helpful and very friendly. There was an ironman marathon event happening at 4pm (our check in time) and we could not get into the property until after 630. It would be good in the future to inform guests of local events so they can plan accordingly. Thank you.

This is quite possibly the most beautiful condos at The Summit, most definitely that I have stayed in! And the convenience of being on the 3rd floor , which was only 2 small flights of stairs was awesome!!

Memorial Day Weekend

My only complaint with a busy weekend was the elevators! One or more were broken down our entire stay! With that many guests the complex needs working elevators! Other wise condo just as described. Needed few light bulbs replaced above stove and kitchen sink!

The condo owners should invest in a washer and dryer and this room would be complete.

The condo was beautiful. However there was six of us and we had to drive to a local laundry mat to wash the bath towels and swimwear. The complex has a laundry mat on the property but all of the washers and dryers were broken except one. I have stayed in condos for years and this is the first one we have stayed at that didn’t have a washer and dryer in the room and that was a problem for me.

Best stay yet!

Our condo was absolutely stunning! Great view, so clean and very convenient on the 3rd floor! Triston was our property manager and was incredibly nice ! He was so professional we checked in to a clean and very nice smelling condo. He even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. Such a great experience this trip, we have stayed at The Summit many times and this was by far our best experience!

The Best experience at the Summit yet!

This trip to PCB was nothing short of amazing this year. Our condo was absolutely stunning! Everything was so clean and our property manager Triston was incredibly nice. He was so professional and the service was great! He even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy at check in. Definitely will be back and hope that Triston is our guy again!

Nice Condo

Condo was all that was advertised. However the complex the condo was in had some non working elevators. Which made it difficult for the upper condos. We were on 3rd floor fortunately. Otherwise pool was good the other parts of building were not bad, beach was nice. Would definitely stay in the same condo again. One more thing, Tristan the host was great. He had to put new batteries in the front door lock. Came over within the hour I had texted him👍🏼

Our unit was very nice but the property needs work.

The unit was very nice. New furniture, nice towels for the beach and the kitchen was very nice. The property needs some work. Two of the four elevators (for 500 units) were broken. The laundromat was closed for repairs. There were several stray cats wandering around the pool. Late night parties at the pool were very loud.

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo

We loved this condo. The unit was super clean and comfortable. There were extra towels, beach towels, tp, soap, batteries, etc. We’ve stayed in much more expensive places that did not incude these extras. There is a lot of storage and hooks for all of the beach stuff and towels. We slept great! The new mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. Our 5 & 8 year old children loved the bunk beds. It looks like the whole condo is brand new- furniture, mattresses, linens, towels, appliances, cabinets. The third floor is ideal because you get a beautiful view and can still easily use the stairs. (The elevators are slow and crowded, but easily avoided at this level.) The battery went dead on our keyless lock while we were there and Tristan answered the phone right away and took care of it quickly. We usually vacation in Destin or 30a. The crowd is a bit younger at The Summit with a more party vibe. There were still plenty of families for our kids to play with at the pool. They had karaoke one night and a kids movie at the pool another. We enjoyed the convenience of the tiki bar, shaved ice, and bikini bob’s. Thank you for a lovey stay!

Bad Trip

Way overated! Water stains on ceiling above master bedroom bed. Terrible lighting in kitchen. Property manager was a jerk!! Instead of seven days we left after 3 days. Terrible 47th anniversary trip. Will not be back!
