The Space:
Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment has a spacious balcony for you to enjoy a nice drink at the end of a busy day. Whether you are here for business or pleasure our apartment is fully equipped with all you need for a week or a year long stay.

Guest Access:
Guest has access of the entire unit.

The Neighborhood:
You are no more than 5kms from the Melbourne CBD!

~You'll have all the greenery that is along the Yarra River.
~Abbotsford Convent is within walking Distance of the Collingwood Farmers Market, or the Childrens Farm.
~Victoria Gardens offers a Hoyts Cinema, Ikea, Coles and Big W and many other specialty stores.

Enjoy a leisurely brunch at one of the two cafes on site before going for a walk or a bike ride!

Getting Around:
It's easy to go around the neighborhood.
~It's 20 min. tram ride and you are at Southern Cross the 109 tram is right at your door.
~It travels up Victoria St where you can jump off at any time to enjoy the many restaurants and bars along the way up past St Vincents, along Collin Streets Street to Southern Cross, before turning down Spencer Street past Crown Casino and then down to Port Melbourne where you can enjoy the beach and cafe life style that is PM.

Loved the location, easy access to trams as literally outside your front door the 109 got you almost everywhere, great cafe 'Mellow Fellow' at Church Street stop, Coles across the road. Beds were comfortable, has majority of the things you needed, some wear and tear on the place, needs a lick of paint and the shower rose in the ensuite needs fixing, the window in the master bedroom would close properly, informed the company though we didn't see maintenance due our stay either and maybe a can opener would be nice too. Picking up the keys was easy through the accomodations 'The Hub' and they were very helpful too. Communication with Next Level was through online texts and I think that there was a little time delay too but we got there in the end.
