Large master bathroom with an ultra HD 4K 40 inch TV and large glass stand up shower w/ city views. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Experience an intimate environment in the dining room which comes with a two-seat bar and a luxury two-seat sofa.

*Vyvid Homes is a vacation rental, a home away from home. We do not offer a daily cleaning or linen service like a standard hotel. We do provide bath amenities, detergent pods, dryer sheets, coffee pods (with sugar and creamer) and can refill those item as needed, at your request.

*Linen and towel changes can be provided for an additional fee and must be requested 1 day prior.

Be settled in the heart of midtown and a few steps away from the famous piedmont park. Enjoy over 30 local restaurants by foot within 5 mins or less, 20 different bars and night clubs located on the renowned crescent ave, 10th st and piedmont are within a short walk of 5 minutes or less. Whole foods market is less than a 5-minute walk also

Marta bus and the train station is two blocks away. This area has the most populated Bird/scooter area in Atlanta. Driving is ok but isn't needed. There are many dining, shopping, and entertainment options steps away from the property.

*** Public parking is available for free "if" available on 12th Street and the corner of Peachtree. Paid parking is available inside a secured gated garage directly across the street or paid parking lot one block away. Please pay attention to all signage wherever you choose to park. We are not responsible for towing***

Two guests are included. A 3rd or 4th guest may stay for an additional $25 per night via a pullout sofa or air mattress depending on the unit. This request must be made 24hrs prior to arrival in order to properly accommodate the additional guests.

We require a $100 fully refundable deposit that will be billed during your pre-check-in process.

**Please note that this building is a 3-story walk-up and does not have an elevator.**

**Welcome to Your Stay! Here are Some Key Booking Guidelines and Property Rules:**

**Age Requirement:**
Guests must be at least 21 to book a stay with us. Upon booking, we will verify your age against the ID you provided. If you do not meet this requirement, your reservation must be canceled. A matching credit or debit card and ID are required at check-in for verification purposes only. Please ensure that the name on your reservation matches your ID and payment card to avoid any booking issues.

**Deposit Details:**
A $100 fully refundable deposit is required and will be processed during your pre-check-in. Feel free to enjoy any available food or drink items, which will be charged against your deposit. Additional cleaning charges or damages will also be deducted from the deposit. We will refund your deposit the day after checkout, and it should appear in the bank within 3-5 business days, depending on the activities of your stay.

**House Rules:**
**Quiet Hours:** Please respect our quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. No loud music or noise is permitted during these times.

- **Occupancy:** The property has a maximum occupancy of 6 people. For special occasions, please get in touch with the host directly. Approval is at the owner’s discretion.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and building. Non-compliance will incur a $250 cleaning fee, plus potential building fines.

- **Pets:** Our units are not pet-friendly. Any pets in the unit will attract a $100 fee plus the cost of any damages and a $200 building fine.
- **Parking:** Street parking is limited. Covered parking in the building’s private garage is available hourly, with a maximum daily charge of $25. Additionally, secure public parking is available nearby for $17 per day.

**Photo and Video Policy:**
Personal use of photos and videos on social media is allowed. However, commercial shoots must receive prior approval from the owner and a $250 fee for photos and $400 for video per booking. Unauthorized commercial shoots will result in a $500 fine.

**Check-In/Out Options:**
- **Early Check-In:** Available for a fee depending on the time requested ($75 for 11 a.m., $50 for noon, $25 for 1 p.m.). Requests made after 9 p.m. the night before arrival may need to be converted to a late checkout option.

- *Late Checkout-:** This service is available for a Checkout9 until 11 p.m. Requests for later times may not be accommodated, in which case a refund will be issued.

**Theft and Damage:**
Please be mindful of the property and its contents. Any missing items or damages will be charged at cost, plus a $50 service fee. Specific damages will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

**Location:**
Depending on availability, your booking may be subject to relocation to an equivalent or superior unit with the same amenities.
