Stay in this fabulous modern 4 bedroom home with gorgeous views over the crystal clear waters of Eastern Cove.
Perfect for families holidaying together or lots of space to spread out.
Just a 15 minute drive from Penneshaw's ferry terminal and a 2 minute stroll to the stunning Island Beach.
Quality fixtures and fittings with everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen, Weber BBQ, outdoor lounging, and a heated swim spa in the deck.
4 Large Bedrooms with 2 bathrooms plus a baby cot. For larger group bookings of more than 8 please contact us first.
2 Large TVs in the living areas and one in the single beds room with over 100 DVDs.
A games table for a game of 8 ball and a kayak to take to the beach.

A beautiful getaway
The beach house was perfect for our needs with only a short walk to Island beach. Everything was clean and in great condition. The hosts were very available if we needed anything. Thanks for an amazing time away!

Lovely beach house very close to the beach. Loved the jacuzzi. The kitchen was very well equipped and outdoor area very comfortable. The pool table was a bonus. Would love to return!

Loved the swim spa!
The place was beautiful! Only wish it had WiFi since we did not have cell service being from overseas. Was nice to disconnect however, great dvd collection!

Incredible stay at Island Beach!
We had a lovely stay at Belle Beach House! The house is amazing and well equipped for relaxing days both at home and around Island Beach. We loved the dvd collection, bbq, deck and the spa would be lovely on a summer’s night. Marnie and Peter were great hosts and so willing to help fix a minor issue at a late hour. They also provided a delicious welcome platter of local produce which went down a treat following our late evening arrival. Thank you and hope to be back soon!

Memorable and perfect holiday stay!
We loved the stay however we expected the property to provide basic items for bathing, kitchen and laundry supplies like soap, shampoo, dish washer, washing powder, hand wash etc. would also have appreciated some basic pantry items like milk, tea/coffee. We really enjoyed the collection of board games , billiards and movies. We really feel like coming back and have yet another holiday. Thank you

Beautiful property
Lovely house with excellent communication from Marnie. We had a fabulous time. We were a little surprised that there was no soap, shampoo or washing powder which meant another trip to the shop. Not a huge issue but different to most places we stay at. All in all a very enjoyable experience and we would recommend this place

Beautiful spot
Overall a wonderful experience. Very nice property. A couple of minor issues with the TV / DVD player and hot water however the communication with the the property owner to resolve the issue was prompt. Very short walk to the beach which was amazing.
