Perfect spot and location
This spot was perfect for our stay. The king sized bed was incredible and we loved the water pressure in the shower. The internet was great for working and the property was better than expected. I would stay here again

Awesome Condo Off of Main Street, Close to Everything
Check-in was seamless and the condo was exactly what we needed for a quick, short trip to Breckenridge for the weekend. Spacious living room and bedroom. Close to the Quicksilver lift (about 10-15 minute walk) and right at the edge of main street.

Wholly disappointed in stay experience
We have stayed at numerous VRBOs over time and always had good experiences. This was the exact opposite, on many fronts and is the worst VRBO experience that we have had. We would never stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone else. I sent three separate messages prior to our arrival to the owner via VRBO and never received a response. The pictures accurately represent the property so we were not expecting anything new or updated. However, we did expect to have functioning appliances and heat in Colorado in winter. Two main issues were known by the landlord ahead of time based on conversations we had with the maintenance team who tried to address our issues. First, the fireplace in the family room is the source of heat for that room and the small, curtained sleeping area off the family room. It was not functioning while we were there. When we called the property management company, we were told that the owner was aware but because of the holidays and timing of our stay, the fireplace / heating could not be fixed. On the second day of our stay, they were able to procure a space heater and bring it to us but we were not comfortable leaving it on while our young kids were sleeping at night in the family room. The refrigerator was the second problem we had. The compressor was malfunctioning and making very loud screaching noises. While it kept items cold under those conditions, the refrigerator was so loud that we could not leave it plugged in while we were in the unit. We informed the property management team who sent the maintenance crew. The maintenance crew informed us that they had previously tried to fix the refrigerator the week prior and that the landlord was aware of the issue. To assist us, the property management team brought in a large "mini-fridge" which then took up the small eating area at the bar. Unfortunately, the mini-fridge did not have any shelves so we were not able to use it for our family which had planned to eat the majority of our meals in our unit. The location was walkable to the lift, although is about a 15 minute walk. Doable but a small distance for little kids. Overall very disappointed it the property and non-existent communication with the owner. We don't imagine this is the type of property that VRBO would like in their listing service.
