A character beach house set among private, untouched sand dunes, Pakiri Beach Retreat is flanked by New Zealand native bush and the pristine white sands of Pakiri Beach. Just 1 hour 30min drive from central Auckland. Large sunny decks, unspoiled beach, very private with glorious views over the ocean to Little Barrier Island and also beautiful rural and bush views to the back of the house.

Open plan living downstairs, large sunny decks and total privacy. Close to 4 golf courses, Matakana Farmers Market and vineyards,cafes and restaurants, excellent shopping, tennis courts, Goat Island Marine Reserve, diving, snorkelling, boating,fishing and surfing and traditional Maori marae. World class horse trekking and a cafe and bar just down then road at our own Pakiri Beach Horse Rides......your holiday can be as quiet or as exciting as you want it.
No wild parties...discuss all functions or celebrations before booking.

Lovely spot with some need for improvement
Fantastically located property on the dunes fronting the beach at Pakiri. A modest but well equipped bach. Property is in need of some maintenance, leaking fridge and some other items but the main concern was pests. The property had rats and an ant infestation. Each morning there were rat droppings in the kitchen which we had to clear away. I think for the price charged per night one shouldn't expect this.
