May Stay

This cozy home was a great place to stay for my group off the beaten path in Dripping Springs! Plenty of room for people to stay, nice kitchen and dining area, and the pool and hot tub were great! Check-in was easy and property manager communicated well!

Exceeded every expectation

This property was perfect for our girls weekend! The house was beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of space for our group of 11 and the amenities were awesome. We loved the pool. It was the perfect escape from the summer heat. Communication with Valerie and Isabella was always extremely helpful and prompt. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future!

Exceptional Stay

This place is so amazing!! You never know what to expect when booking, but this place exceeded our expectations tremendously. The pool was beautiful, the yard was neat and maintained, and the house was so clean and fully stocked with everything that one could have been needed to stay for weeks. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Family Vacation!

We stayed for a family reunion/Thanksgiving dinner. The house is well stocked with everything you could want, and very comfortably accommodated our group of 13. Due to the holiday, we didn’t utilize the pool/hot tub, but no doubt it would have been lovely. Hosts even stocked extra cookware, etc because they knew we’d be preparing a holiday meal, though we brought our own disposable pans anyway to ensure we had enough, which was good because the meal we prepared was enormous. Hosts were very responsive to the couple of questions we had. Would definitely stay again! Comfortable beds! Loved the open common spaces which made it easy for everyone to spread out and still be connected. All of the little things that make a great stay were present - paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap, etc were all provided. Great job! 512 Retreat made our family Thanksgiving a huge hit! Also, a lovely welcome package! We will be back!

The perfect escape!

This home blew me away! The backyard was a perfect hill country escape, but yet it was so fun and practical for a large group! The house was beautiful and every detail has been thought-out! The pool table was a hit for my friends, and the large kitchen was my favorite. The house was stocked with everything and more! I was able to cook every single meal in the home with no issues, and there were plenty of bath and pool towels! I loved this stay, and I cannot wait to book again!

Beautiful Space with Exceptional Entertainment!

The pool was clean with lounge chairs in a beautiful outdoor space. The pool table was a huge hit also. And to top it off, the beds were so very comfortable!

Perfect for large groups!

We stayed here for a family reunion, and this house was perfect for our large group! We cooked a large dinner and had a lot of people in the kitchen and we never ran out of room. The spa was great for early mornings, and pool for afternoons. Lots of late nights playing billiards and roasting marshmallows at the firepit. Amazing stay and we are already planning our next trip!!!

Excellent pool with the option to have it heated, spa, pool table, patio/grilling area including propane, fire pit w/firewood ready to go! Very clean property - interior & exterior, comfortable beds, & the kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking items you need. 5 Stay stay! Highly Recommend!
