Fabulous 4 bdrm/4 bath sleeps up to 12, 1 mile from Okemo Jackson Gore

This Fox Run end unit townhouse has X-country/snowshoe/sledding and hiking trails directly across front door and Vermont's #1 top-rated golf course below our building. Enjoy four bedrooms each with their own full bath. The spacious dining and living area are open with views facing Okemo mountain along with a cozy fireplace. A newly expanded deck further brings the living outdoors.

Fox Run is conveniently located only 1 mile to Jackson Gore base and 2 miles to Okemo Mountain base making it close to all the action at Okemo and town of Ludlow. A quick minute drive down the hill to the Okemo Nordic Center/Okemo Valley Golf Club is where you can snowshoe and X-country ski various trails on the mountain. Superior sledding hills in walking distance. Looking for more adventure, we are less than 30 minutes from Killington. We have ample parking with one space directly in front of unit.

Main Level: features a living room with large sectional sofa, wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV with cable, free HBO and wifi. Kitchen (fully stocked for cooking with standard coffee maker) and dining area (seating for 12 when leaf extension is inserted) also on main level. Deck with partial views of Okemo mountain. Various board games available for your enjoyment. Complimentary firewood is available.

Upper Level: 1 king bedroom with connected full bath. A bunk room with 2 sets of bunks (4 twins) and full size futon to sleep 2 more (6 total). Bunk room also has connecting full bath with additional door to hallway.

Lower Level: 1 king bedroom with connected full bath. 1 queen room with connected full bath. Washer and dryer and space to store ski/boarding gear.

All bedrooms have high quality linens, new pillows and excellent condition mattresses. All bathrooms include high quality towels.

Great Accommodation for two families

We had a great weekend stay. We had a short weekend stay with two families (6 small children). Everyone was out on the mountain during the day and it was a quick easy drive to/from for pick ups/drop offs and restaurant take out. We would stay again.

Great ski getaway

We enjoyed staying at CarolAnn’s place. We had 4 couples for a ski trip. It was wonderful that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The living room and dining table were very spacious and comfy for a large group. Fireplace was a nice touch and plenty of wood was conveniently located right outside the front door. Definitely recommend!

Great Location!

This place was the right amount of space for our 2 families of 9! Having 4 bathrooms was awesome! The drive to each side of the mountain is just a couple minutes. We had an awesome dinner at Off The Rails which is about a 2 minute drive from the house. Carol was very responsive and check in/check out was a breeze!

Great Spot for Family Skiing at Okemo

Our family group of five fit easily into this condo, and we didn't even use one of the bedrooms! Nice that each bedroom has its own bath! The kitchen is well equipped and the rest of the condo was very comfortable and very clean. The woodburning stove kept the living area and upstairs bedrooms warm. It is about a 3 minute drive to Jackson Gore if you are skiing, you can see Okemo Mountain from the living room and/or deck. The unit is located above a golf course on a private, dead end road, so there is no traffic noise. If there is snow, you will probably need an AWD vehicle to get to the unit. It is in a quiet and peaceful location. Parking is easy and there is plenty of room next to the unit. Carol Ann was easy to communicate with and provided some good info about the area. If we visit Okemo, we would definitely rent this unit again.

The house and accommodations were great! My friend and I were traveling for a continuing education class and mushing experience and didn’t spend much time at the house during the day. The house was clean, the hot tub was hot and everything was made available downstairs to make food as needed!

Great ski condo

We had a wonderful stay in this condo, which easily accommodated our extended family of 11. Amenities were great and hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Only bummer for us was the very basic cable, but we knew that going in. Location was perfect for skiing. We would absolutely stay here again!

Comfortable for Group Ski Trip

It's always so hard to find a comfortable place to accommodate an adult ski trip. This house was perfect! It was also in a really great location for Okemo Resort.

Condo is 2 minutes from the mountain but away from the crowds. It is nestled on a hill overlooking a golf course. It is spacious and allows everyone their own room and bathroom! Carol was very accommodating in helping us navigate ski parking and our dinner out. A gracious host.

Okemo Ski Trip-Mid-week

This property was located on the hillside across from Jackson Gore and the Okemo Clock Tower. Good view of the mountain and weather coming in. Access road was easily navigated and directions excellent. Quiet condominium because it was empty. Accurate listing and amenities. Good value. I recommend it to anyone, whether for skiing or for warm weather activities.

Great stay in Ludlow

Our group really enjoyed staying here. Clean and convenient to Okemo mountain and downtown Ludlow, this place served our needs well. After a day on the mountain we enjoyed making a fire and relaxing in the large living area. Plenty of bathrooms meant everyone was happy. Overall a great place.

The description of this townhouse is spot on. We had 8 people in our group and there was plenty of room. Beds were super comfortable, washer/dryer worked great, kitchen was well stocked, family room was very comfortable, a ton of parking, very short drive to both Clock Tower Base and Jackson Gore. Goodmans American Pie has excellent pizza and is must try. It was our first time skiing Okemo and our experience was excellent, closing it out with a foot of powder the last ski day. Would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Break

While our Christmas plans were disrupted due to Covid, Carol Ann was responsive and helpful. Our family was still able to salvage the vacation; although skiing conditions were also not optimal, a great time was had by all who were able to make the trip. The condo was large, comfortable and close to everything!

Nice ski trip

We enjoyed the stay at Carol’s place. Although the digital lock was not working at the beginning, we communicated with Carol and got a back up key. The property is very close to the ski slope. It’s spacious for the entire family. Hope we can come back again.

We had a great time here. Property is very spacious, well stocked, and clean. Just a warning for anyone planning on a trip here in the summer, as of this review there is no AC and the unit can get quiet hot.

Nice home for families or friends...

This is a nice ski house (our use) that is private, spacious and close to everything. The owner was very accessible and responsive. They had some very nice cross country and walking trails for those in our group that don’t ski.

Very nice house and location

The house was very spacious with three different floors and 4 bathrooms. Our favorite part was the beautiful walking trail right in front of the house so we didn't even have to drive to another hiking trail. Beautiful in the fall. Close drive to town. Had a few minor issues but the host was wonderful and got back to me immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect adult accommodations

This townhome is perfectly situated and more than adequately furnished for a great ski adventure for adults or older children. I say this only because of the stairs involved and the thought of keeping a small child safe. The beds are all comfortable with delightful linens. There are two master suites with King beds, one downstairs and one upstairs, one queen suite downstairs and another bunk room for 4 with it's own bath as well. It is wonderful to have so many bathrooms!! The middle floor is the common area and kitchen which has everything you would need for just about any kind of meal you want to prepare. We were there with our two married sons and their wives and there was plenty of room for everyone.....even our Golden Retriever! Communication with Carol Ann, the owner, was prompt, seamless and friendly. Easy access upon entry, 3 parking spaces, 5 minute car ride to the mountain, close to grocery store, clean, comfortable and cozy. What more could you ask for?

We are passionate skiers and love Okemo for its superior snowmaking and all-around intermediate slopes to satisfy all levels of skiing/boarding. We purchased the townhouse in 2016 and love the convenience of its location as well as the spacious rooms with en suite bathrooms.

Why they chose this property

The location of Fox Run is excellent! We are nestled in the mountain among the trees and beautiful nature contributing to the serenity and peaceful quietness. We have x-country/hiking trails directly outside our front door. One mile from the Jackson Gore base and less than two miles from the Okemo Mountain base, Fox Run is perched up on the hill adjacent to Vermont's #1 rated golf course, Okemo Valley Golf Club. The drive to Jackson Gore is 5 minutes. The drive to Base Lodge is less than 10 minutes.

Plus all 4 bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. All of the beds include 300 thread count linens as well as new blankets, quilts, comforters and pillows. Plush towels in the bathroom. Free wifi and HBO. You will not be disappointed!

What makes this property unique

This is the perfect rental for 2 or 3 families. We've created a second master suite in the lower level with a king bed and all new hardwood floors. The upper level bunk room can accommodate 6 with 2 sleeping on the pullout futon. Plenty of play space and closet space for luggage and clothes.

You'll love the easy access into Ludlow for shopping and dining. Superior sledding too!

Okemo has outstanding snowmaking and is overall a rewarding mountain for all levels. The newly added bubble chairs are far more convenient than a gondola or tram. Plus the chairs are heated!
