Stunning Downstairs Modern Apartment Sitting by the Inlet with Great Sea Views.

Fantastic open plan living opening up to a deck with a bbq for entertaining, to absorb those beautiful views. There is a full kitchen with modern appliances & a large Fridge/Freezer to store your groceries. The kitchen has some condiments & pantry items you can use during your stay.
Two spacious bedrooms with Queen beds & luxurious linen & towels.
The bathroom has a separate shower & a separate toilet. Bathroom necessities provided.
A washing machine, tub & outdoor clothesline for your Laundry needs Soap powder provided.
There is a Coffee Machine provided.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking.

Great apartment in Matapouri

Mary's apartment is nothing short of fabulous. Clean & comfortable with quality fittings. An easy walk to the beach or an even easier walk to the estuary. I hope I get the chance to stay there again.

Beautifully presented property.

Beautifully presented property. Well sheltered area for dining outside as well as the option on the top deck. We appreciated the generosity of the host. I’m sure we will be back.

Beautiful spot for family getaway

We really enjoyed this spot on the estuary at Matapouri, where you can swim at high tide and a short walk to the main beach. House was clean and tidy, nice big beds / rooms and very workable for our family with front and back outdoor dining. Would recommend!

Magic spot!

Wonderful setting right on the beautiful estuary with easy access to the surf beach across the estuary. Beautifully clean and well presented. Helpful, friendly hosts. Thank you so much

Magnificent apartment, a luxury away from home.

A delightful, friendly couple welcomed us on to their property. All communication beforehand was prompt and informative. We arrived to a 5 star apartment, everything from decor, linen, cutlery, glassware was impeccable. The little touches Mary had left for us was so nice, beautiful robes, chocolates and plenty of of personal amenities to use. We appreciated the avocados and courgettes too. This property is well located to the beach, everything walking distance. There is off-road parking and a gate to close at night. The lounge chair outside was fabulous, very relaxing to read a book and watch the horses swimming in the estuary. We had a fabulous Christmas break. Oh and the view upstairs is just breathtaking. Thanks so much Mary and Neville, we’ll be back again. Kind Regards, Jan and John.

STUNNING & UPMARKET

Check in was a breeze, when we walked in we felt complete luxury. Place was very spacious & clean. Bed was super comfy & the rooms opened up to the water views. We were offered the upstairs balcony to use at any time, which had stunning views too. Location was perfect & water was so close for us to pop our own kayaks in. Kayaking the estuary is a must do. Kitchen was beautiful to cook in & had everything we needed plus! We highly recommend staying here, & wished we had booked longer than 2 nights. We will be back soon & Thank you for all the nice extra touches you put in.
