Great spot ! The condo is very cute. Bring your own lawn chairs for the deck as there is no comfortable deck chairs, the condo could be stocked better. There was only a dirty old mop to clean the floors and no available cleaning supplies . The parking at this unit is horrible. If you have a big truck you will not fit in this location. There is no where to park your boat or trailer over night, you cannot park your boat or trailer over night at the marina DAY use only. This is not clear in the listing we made that mistake and had to pay an additional $140.00 for the week for off site parking. There is no air conditioning so bring a few fans, we brought our own and I am glad we had them. It is a great distance from the convenience store and the locals there were great. The unit is located in a complex that has part renters and owners. For the most part everyone was friendly but don’t make the mistake of parking your boat on the dock for more than 10 minutes even though it might take you 12 minutes to load a family as the owners of the dock are very strict about their time limit. The lake was the selling feature of this unit. Being able to have easy access to the boat was the highlight of the trip.
