Modern basement suite in the beautiful Blaeberry Valley is situated in a peaceful, rural setting. Perfect for a relaxing getaway and exploring the surrounding mountains to enjoy the endless outdoor activities. The suite has a full kitchen, private entrance, a spacious full bathroom with double vanity and another half bathroom. Beautiful property great hosts

The place was immaculately clean, organized and had a really functional floor plan. The layout and radiant heat made it extremely comfortable. The kitchen was super nice and had everything needed. The property was close to town but in the woods and private. And the price made it an excellent value. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again.

Kristina and Eric were brilliant hosts. Our home was beautifully clean, incredibly well kitted out, top spec!! The surroundings were the icing on the cake, quiet and relaxing!! We didn’t want to leave!

Une bonne adresse pour rayonner

Gîte nickel, proprios très gentils. A 4 avec nos 2 filles on avait tout ce qu'il fallait. On a pu partir dans les parcs de Yoho Banff Kootenay depuis Golden, trouver des produits frais et cuisiner le soir au gîte.

Charming, gorgeous, clean and comfortable.

Equidistant from Glacier and Yoho National Parks and 20 minutes from the charming town of Golden the suite is surrounded by well maintained lush gardens and an incredible amphitheater of mountains and rivers. Kristina and Eric have worked hard to create a beautiful 2-acres of well organized gardens and buildings that offer the perfect refuge from city noise or light. The two bedrooms with shared bath are comfortable and the well-equipped kitchen outfitted all of our meals cooked from the local farmers markets and neighbors vegetable stands. We enjoyed the front lower deck area and walks just across the road that lead to the Kickinghorse River. A wonderful introduction to the Blaeberry Valley offfered by warm and charming hosts. Highly recommend.

We had a great time! Central to alot of activities. Very quiet. Privacy not surrounded by tourist. Beautiful scenery! The condo had all you needed for a stay. Owners very friendly. Would highly recommend. Beautiful log cabin home!!

Beautiful Place

Beautiful setting, lovely house and gardens and two very sweet, friendly dogs. Our downstairs space was roomy, spotless, quiet and had everything we needed close at hand. Kristina gave us great tips on places to see in the area too! We would definitely stay here again.

Log Cabin on the hill

We absolutely loved our stay here. We went in June to enjoy the parks and looked for an out of town location, that is easy enough to get to from town. It was great, roomy and with the amenities of kitchen, washer dryer and grill we were looking for. The dogs are great and I would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful property with so many comforts of home. We loved being out in the country and our dog liked to roam the large yard with the owner's pups. The kitchen is great and we cooked tasty dinners and breakfasts.

Immaculate cottage in a woodland paradise

This was our best ever VRBO experience. The property was immaculate, beautifully/tastefully decorated, well appointed and very well organized. It is clear that the owners take pride in their little piece of paradise and have translated this pride into a wonderful home away from home.

Beautiful Curated Basement Walkout

Wow, what a beautiful curated property. Usually the photos you see is not necessarily what you get but we were pleasantly surprised, it was that and more. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Something I could not see on the VRBO website is that they have a BBQ and a Filter Coffee machine - would have been nice to know that before hand for our packing/planning. And although the concrete floors are beautiful you best pack in your slippers - whilst it is too warm to switch on heating the floors are quite cold.

Charming appartement in Blaebury valley

We loved this downstairs appartement, which gave us the middle-of-nowhere feel. All was clean and spacious and very cool in the middle of the heatwave. The kids loved playing in the garden (there is no play-equipment, they just gathered sticks and leaves etc.) and with the owners’ dogs. It was just 15 mins to Golden, and we expored Yoho national park from there. We also walked near the local river, and saw deer and rabbits. Owner is very friendly!

Beautiful cabin in a gorgeous location

This was a terrific place for us to stay throughout our adventures in Golden and Banff areas. The cabin suite is spacious, clean, and beautifully finished. There are unforgettable hikes and sights in the areas that the hosts suggested. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and their two dogs are very playful and loving. Thank you for an excellent stay!

This was by far my favorite “home away from home” stay I have ever had. I was a little unsure of what to expect because of the different types of properties available in the area, the owners living on the property, and being a bit away from town, but this place was like a little sanctuary! Very calm, quiet, and cool (even on 35 degree day). Host was very friendly and accommodating. We travelled with a 10 week old baby and I was so grateful to have a space like this to make that a little bit easier. 12/10 recommend. If I am ever back to Golden, this is definitely where we will stay!

A bit out of town, but so worth it. Awesome owners, very helpful. Beautiful, clean, peaceful, mountains all around. 2 very friendly dogs, never bothered us around our entrance, never heard them, but love to come a say hello at parking! Hoping to come stay there again in future.

Nice new suite on beautiful acreage with mountain views

Nice and clean, very comfortable. Nice peaceful drive to the property. Great place to stay especially if you want to bring your dogs with you if they are friendly. Fenced acreage with owners' nice dogs.

Superb property in beautiful location

A warm welcome with tasteful Christmas decorations and a dressed Christmas tree to a spotlessly clean and very well equipped suite. Excellent range of quality kitchen utensils and equipment such as blender, baking dishes, casserole pots and glasses, everything for home from home. Very warm and spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, good supply of towels to use in the well lit bathroom with a huge mirror, always a plus for women! Attention paid to safety in ensuring the walkway and steps were clear of snow daily. We will certainly return again and thank you to our lovely hosts, Kristina and Eric
