Direct Access waterfront condo on the south end of Marco Island close to the south beach access (approximately .04 miles). 2 bedroom 2 bath corner unit on the ground floor convenient to parking and easy access. Tommy Bahama inspired furnishings through out the condo and beautifully maintained, also has washer and dryer. Heated community pool faces west with possible sunset view, extra wide waterway, BBQ area and assigned parking.

Master bedroom has a King bed, new flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom and a slider with access to the screened in patio, The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds, Flat screen TV with the guest bathroom just in the hallway.
This condo has all the comforts of home and a much sought after location close to restaurants, beach access, shopping, movie theater and much more.

LOCATION @ COMMUNICATION

Check-in was a breeze. Coffee maker had no pot but the realty company representing this condo had a new one ready for us. I would work with them directly next time. Nice view to greenery and marine. Saw a manatee and tarpon. Condo was larger than expected- especially the master bedroom. Surprised that the twin beds were as comfortable as the king in the master, which was nice for adults visiting us. NICE NEIGHBORS that meet poolside daily - with Friday gatherings. Bathrooms were clean, but could use updating. Best of all… 2 block walk to the public access for South Beach. No need to worry about availability of parking spaces in the public lot, so you can choose prime beach time without any worries. Great shelling and beautiful white sand. We enjoyed our month in Marco.
