Amazin spring training / spring break!

My husband and I and the kids (2 boys 8 and 10) were looking to stay near Clover Park and this house was perfect for our 6 night stay. The house was clean and the enclosed pool was a pleasure. We would totally come back here!

The property was great and exactly as advertised! The check in process was so simple and the house very clean and comfortable. I had no conversations with the property manager which is the reason only reason for the low score. I really appreciated the fact they allowed our dogs who always travel with us.

This was one of, if not THE best, home we ever stayed in. And I have stayed in at least a dozen different homes. It was clean, spacious and very well maintained and equipped. The pool was a big plus. Mike and Wendy were so easy to deal with. We will be back next year.

Clean & Recently Updated Pool House in PSL

Clean and recently updated home with new modern upscale furniture coupled well a screened heated pool in a very private yard which made our vacation an extremely relaxing and stress free getaway. While this is not an upscale gated community, it is a very quiet family area with very little street traffic. The owners (Wendy and Mike) were extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely plan on staying here again the next time we travel to PSL.

Quick little get away

This property was located in a very quiet subdivision we really enjoyed the space that the house provided there was plenty of room for kids to run around and everyone was able to have their own space. The yard was very well maintained and the kids enjoyed the pool.

This home was perfect for me to visit with my daughter and granddaughter. We used the pool everyday. The backyard and pool is completely private. The area is safe and quiet. We had everything we needed for the week. I highly recommend this home!

Great rental for a week stay with kids!

My kids loved the pool! The house was clean, decently stocked, had EXTREMELY comfortable beds, and was in a cute neighborhood that was super close to shops, grocery, restaurants, and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were so great about contacting us. If I texted them they immediately responded. Would recommend.

Lots of Room

Very clean, two living rooms, so everyone had some place to watch their favorite tv shows. The supermarket was only 2 miles away. Jensen Beach was 20 minutes. The pool was great and a big enough backyard for the dogs. Mike always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Incredibly peaceful dog friendly home

Thank you so much Wendy for allowing us to rent your amazing home. I had this home saved for 2 years and can't believe I waited so long to book this. The neighbors were all nice and quiet. Lots of attractions nearby and the yard and pool were absolute dream. This literally felt like being home and you can tell this house was very well cared for. Thanks again, we'll be back!

Seriously impressed with this accommodation. Beautiful home was able to hold all 6 of my kids hubby myself and our little frenchie, with an outside family member or 2 visiting each day to say hi and no one was in anyones way. Felt like home away from home. Everything you needed to cook for children and clean after them. Pool was such a great babysitter. (wish the pool fountain worked at that time, but wasnt a huge deal) loved the privacy of the fence. The fire place was bonus ( We used it twice ) The beds were amazing. I got better sleep here than at my own home. The pillows were therapeutic I feel. Everything was clean and laid out wonderfully I give this place a double A++. We will be back again. Thankyou for letting us use your home.

Cleanest Home We've Ever Rented

It is obvious that the owners care very much about the comfort of their guests. The house and garage were spotless, I mean spotless. All around the home are touches that tell you the owners are constantly putting in items that make your stay more pleasant. The bed is the best we've had in our VRBO stays, the thermostat is top notch, and everywhere you look, there are touches that show care on the part of the owners, even to a make-up mirror for the ladies in the bedroom. We had to purchase a few items which I think previous renters has used up and not replaced -- kleenex, laundry detergent, trash bags -- but other items were plentiful. The owners texted us even before we arrived and were responsive to any questions we had. This home would be great for children. There are several rooms for relaxing and watching TV, plenty of towels, and a nice pool for the kids to expend their energy. The neighborhood is mixed, and we had a neighbor who parked his truck onto his front lawn and revved his engine every morning at 7 a.m. as he left for work, but we're seniors and I suspect that wouldn't bother most people. There is nothing you can do about your neighbors, right? However, the overall location is great for getting to shopping, the beach, or golf courses. If you are looking for a clean home with a heated pool in a good location, this may be the one for you.

Great space for beach vacay

This house was perfect for our family of four for our July 4th vacation. My teens did not want to share a room so my oldest stayed in the den on the pull out couch. It actually worked out really well as he was able to close the door and have privacy. The pool was really really uncomfortably warm on day 1 but I texted the owners and they told us the pool heater must have accidentally been turned on. They told us how to shut it off and the temperature immediately started going down. It did cool down to a comfortable temperature. We had absolutely no issues while staying here. We enjoyed the pool very much. All the beds were extremely comfortable which is rare for any rental property. The beach chairs and cooler came in handy for the beach and we even enjoyed walking around the neighborhood each day. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay while in PSL. Close to shops, restaurants, and grocery!

Understand recent natural disaster area, but we had check before complete booking after storms if any issues and was advised no damage. 1st no coffee pods that have become standard in hotel rooms, 2nd curtains missing so lack of privacy, especially important when Fri stay and pool service schedule day. Paid extra for heated pool & was not heated either nights. Cleaning had left towels in the dryer, thought didn't have until we did laundry and checked dry. Low beds but normal mattress. Below par for compared to many other rentals we have stayed at.
