This fully furnished, well appointed oceanfront condo has 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, a large family room and separate wall to wall glassed sunroom where you can find your morning inspiration or to reflect upon the day's events as you unwind each evening. The kitchen has all new appliances and amenities to prepare a light snack or a large family meal, separate dining room, in-unit laundry and garage parking with two (2) assigned spaces.

Immerse yourself in the salt life in Ponte Vedra with direct beach access - enjoy daily walks on the beach hunting for shells, starfish and sharks teeth. Listen to the sound of the waves, feel the warmth of the sun and ocean breezes on your skin as you marvel at the morning's is Ponte Vedra Living at its finest! Sorry, NO pets.

Unit was clean, bed comfortable and kitchen fully stocked with all needed utensils for cooking. Our family had an amazing week.
