Probably one of the best properties we have stayed in

I knew (from the listing) this property should be good and it didnt disappoint but the attention to detail was above and beyond. All the lovely extras, fresh coffee for the machine, wine and even marshmallows with skewers for the fire pit. The best equipped kitchen i have seen in ages, everything you could need. The cleanest bbq with a second full gas bottle and full set bbq tools, heaps of firewood. So much room outside for the whole family and very secure with high locked fences. We will definitely stay again

We love this property!! Its warm cosy and has all the special things you need for your weekend away. This was our second time at this place and we will return. It feels like a second home. Outstanding property!

We had such an enjoyable stay for the King’s bday long weekend. The check in information was super easy to follow and we felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. Our host left a basket of goodies on the bench and everything you could ask for at the property! We enjoyed evenings by the fire pit and our dog loved the ample space to run around. All the little touches of pantry goods, games, and outdoor activities meant we felt right at home! Thanks for the most relaxing stay!!

Amazing home

I'm not sure where to start, I was so impressed with this property. Exceptionally clean and bright, beautifully and tastefully decorated. Large well maintained, attractive garden area with fire pit, Bbq. Lots of very comfortable seating for relaxing or outdoor food and drinks. Bedrooms, beds, sheets and towels were all of a very high quality as were the beautiful toiletries in the newly renovated bathrooms. The kitchen facilities, top notch cooking equipment, larder items, coffee machine and welcome hamper will leave you wanting for nothing. The large Smart TV with a variety of streaming services was an added bonus. Quiet area, walking distance to beach and shops, couldn't be more perfect for a special holiday. Thankyou Tania

This was our second stay here and first one in the summer - the place is perfect - 300m from the beach - 10 min stroll to the shops. Absolutely loved it and cant wait to return next year

Exceptional property

There is nothing that is missing from this property. The owner has thought of everything …. From entertainment for the kids and adults. The kitchen is so well equipped and there was an amazing hamper waiting for us. The bathrooms have awesome products snd there are plenty of towels …even for the beach. This property is well located, very clean and has everything to make your stay comfortable….can’t recommend it enough

Wonderful weekend away

Every aspect of your perfect weekend is catered for!!! This property offered everything we could think of and the owners supplied beautiful extras. The welcome basket was an added bonus. The house was the cleanest I’ve ever seen! Would definitely stay here again.

Complete beach house stay!

We’ve stayed at many properties across Australia and this is definitely one of the best. The house was spotless, full stocked with everything we needed for a short break and beautifully decorated. Tania provided a nice welcome hamper which was appreciated by kids and adults alike. We’ll be back!

Relaxing Rye Retreat

My wife and I stayed with our dog and the property was just perfect! The fully fenced yard was amazing for us to feel safe to let our dog off lead, and she loved being able to romp on the lawn. The house was lovely, full kitchen with everything you would need and two bathrooms, one with a bath! We spent most of our time in the lounge enjoying the fireplace, we visited in winter and the house was beautifully cozy, it has two lovely outdoor areas which we didnt use but would be so nice in summer time. Walk to beach was 7mins, walk to Rye was 10mins. The owners also left a cute little amenity basket with little treats, bath salts and coffee, totally unexpected and such a nice touch. We would certainly stay again, we such a lovely break.

We had the most amazing long weekend here with our pup. The property is fully fenced and secure so the doggo could sniff around outside. The rooms are spacious and clean and the kitchen is amazing for cooking. Absolutely loved it and cant wait to return!

Exceptional experience!

This property we stayed at for two nights was exceptional! It felt like a cozy home and a luxury getaway accommodation at the same time. The front yard and back, has plenty of space to entertain the dogs and kids. The place pretty much has everything you need. The host has also surprised us with a welcome package for our daughter who just turned 4. Thank you for making her birthday a deeply memorable one!!!

Wonderful property

What a wonderful place to have a break away. Lovely clean home with everything you could possibly want. Amazingly well equipped kitchen meant we were able to have all our meals at the house before we went exploring the peninsula. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for a couple of couples or small families.
