This is strictly a Non-Smoking Apartment.

Footprints @ Fingal Bay is the ultimate beachside holiday apartment, located only 70 metres to Fingal Bay Beach and walking track.; this apartment has something for everyone! You will notice it is a cut above the rest!

The apartment has a wide range of fabulous features such as lift access from the garage to the apartment door, ducted air conditioning, modern kitchen, and beach views from the balcony, complete with BBQ facilities and a shared communal area & roof top pool.

The open plan living area has luxury furnishings and ducted air conditioning, large Smart TV, Apple Television with free unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix. The living area opens out onto the huge balcony with alfresco dining and gas BBQ facilities, simply perfect for complete relaxation for you to enjoy your holiday in this great apartment with all the necessities needed.

There is a fully self-contained gourmet kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop, family size fridge / freezer, fabulous stone bench tops with bar seating and a Nespresso pod coffee machine - please BYO Pods.

All bedrooms have ducted air conditioning and the main bedroom has an additional Smart TV, direct balcony access and an ensuite with a lovely corner spa bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. The main bathroom has a large shower, toilet, and vanity and there is also an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.

There is one underground car space and plenty of visitor parking with access to the apartment via a lift to each floor and direct access from the internal carpark. Located right near the beach and only a quick two-minute walk to Fingal Surf beach and Surf Club, steps away you will find a grocer, cafe, take away, bottle shop and hairdresser.
