Lovely quiet & comfortable 1-bedroom guest suite with private entrance in the heart of trendy Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. The space is very clean, new (finished in 2021) and fully equipped. Steps from many coveted restaurants, cafes, shops and parks.
Spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, can be separated or joined for King sized bed) with TV in bedroom. (can arrange for Pack & Play)
Kitchen is equipped with all basic needs, 36" gas stove, fridge, microwave, etc
Private washer & dryer in suite.
Please note owners live upstairs, with one child and small dog who use the back yard. (Please keep all gates locked at all times).

Home away from home
Property was exactly as photographed. Great location with bus into the city only 1 minute walk. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, gift stores, thrift stores, hairdressers and beauty all just a short stroll. The apartment had stocked bathroom supplies, basic kitchen supplies and full laundry, handy as I stayed here for 2 weeks. I will stay here again. Thanks Stephanie

Top quality affordable stay in great location
The basement suite was perfect, very clean and modern and had absolutely everything I could have needed. If you’ve never been to Vancouver before Mount Pleasant is the neighbourhood you want to stay in and this location is perfect. Please continue to keep the place “affordable” (by Vancouver standards) so that more people can enjoy this wonderful city.

Charming studio
For our first visit in BC, this apartment was at a very good place for all journeys as it was closed to any autoroutes. We went to Whistler the first day, to Vancouver downtown the second day and than travel to Victoria from Tsawwansen. Thanks to our host, it was as perfect as expected. We much recommend this studio.

spic and span clean and well equipped.
mattresses much too soft for comfort and cover sheet for mattress slipped off several times at night. Takes too long to get hot water from kitchen sink tap. regular t.v. channels were not accessible

Great location, reasonable price.
This new basement suite was very clean and well stocked. It is in a great location close good restaurants and walkable coffee shops. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the beds very comfortable. Stephanie is very quick to respond to questions or requests. We would recommend this to friends and would seek it out upon returns to Vancouver.

Perfect Spot
This is a very cute, walkable neighborhood very close to main street. I walked to the coffee shops, yoga studios, and public transit. I didn't have to rent a car. The only concern was with the check in instructions. access to the place is through the backyard gate, and this wasn't clear. There were also dogs in the yard that greeted me when I came in and out, and this should be mentioned as well. Other than that, the place was perfect; sparkling clean, super cute, and the host was very kind and communicative.
