THE SPACE
Tastefully decorated with original beach photographs and surfing memorabilia - think retro Byron Bay on the Peninsula. The house is unique with the high pitched ceiling in the open plan kitchen/living area making it light and bright. It has indoor dining for 6 people and a well-equipped kitchen with a new Bosch dishwasher and complete with a coffee machine.
A comfortable living area surrounds an open fire a overlooks the sheltered north facing deck leading out to the garden. A flat-screen TV / DVD player and many DVDs, iPod dock, and many board games ensure your stay is memorable.
The house sleeps 5 comfortably, perfect for a small family, two couples or girls weekend away. The upstairs master is large with a queen bed and a single bed with another single trundle,
the downstairs room also has a set of bunks and a hotel-quality bed with a pillow-top mattress.
The amenities include a bathroom with a bath and shower, a separate toilet and laundry with a washing machine.
Outside has a huge undercover daybed, a large outdoor table and a gas BBQ perfect for entertaining with friends and family. The garden is fully fenced so safe for young children and your four-legged friend. It's a treat to sit outside and enjoy this expansive garden, very secluded and peaceful. A new fire pit has been installed for those chilly nights down the coast - sit outside and toast marshmallows with the kids or have a glass of wine by the warmth.
The home welcomes ONLY one pet per stay and the dog must remain outside. There is a raised large dog bed and blanket provided under cover of the veranda (so sheltered from rain) for your pet to enjoy.
Fruit trees surround the house and make for great fun picking in the summer months.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

INETRACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
The home features two internal staircases, including a spiral staircase that requires using the handrail for safe navigation. To ensure safety, we recommend that families with toddlers consider other options to prevent any potential accidents.
Pets: We are pet-friendly and welcome dogs from November to April, when they can enjoy the outdoors and help keep the home clean during the wetter months. Please note that we only allow one dog per stay.
