Welcome to this stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ocean-view penthouse in Yaletown, one of Vancouver’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Designed for luxury, comfort, and long-term stays, this fully furnished penthouse is perfect for corporate executives, remote professionals, or families relocating or renovating in Vancouver.

Located in the best restaurant and entertainment district in the city with charming brownstone buildings and cobble streets right outside the modern development of Yaletown. The perfect mix of modern and historic Vancouver come together.

We prefer to have guests who will stay for the entire 5 month period, but are also able to entertain guests who are looking for 3 or 4 month periods. We DO NOT rent for less time than 3 months.

Unobstructed water view from 1650 sq foot private patio, 1350 sq feet inside for a total of 3000 sq feet of living space. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Short 20-30 minute drive to ski hills Grouse, Cypress, Seymour mountains. Whistler 1 hour away. 5 min boat ride to Granville Island. Walk, bike, ride to English Bay & Stanley Park. Weekly cleaning with some laundry service is available for an extra fee.

Private and secure, with only 2 suites per floor, this villa was recently updated in 2018, this 6th floor unit is a low-rise sub-penthouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

Unit has a spacious primary bedroom with dream King size bed, built in closet, ensuite, with 8 shower heads including rain shower, steam bath, and heated floors. Master has a 60 inch flat screen, and ceiling fan with blackout window coverings. Second and third Bedrooms have been updated since the video.

Second bedroom has queen size wall bed, 42 inch flat screen TV, build in closets and cabinets, and a single work from home desk.

Third smaller bedroom has a single wall bed that folds up in a second with a built in drop down desk so you can easily use as a 2nd or 3rd office if you prefer.

Second bath has deep air jetted jacuzzi tub, heated floors and shower. Living room has a 65 inch flat screen TV with two massive couches.

Office in living space has electronic sit stand desk with triple multi monitor displays for microsoft surface pro already set up. Printer is wifi enabled so you can quickly and easily work from home just plug and play with breathtaking work views right from your desk!

(LTR) long term rental unit LTR LICENSE # 24-256031 (3 month minimum). This Villa is my primary and personal residence, I live here and rent it out for 5 months a year, typically over winter and spring. It was recently updated in 2022.

Incredible View!

Our 3 month stay at Shawn's downtown home couldn't have been more perfect. It is located in Vancouver's historic Yaletown district, which is overflowing with great restaurants, shops and services. The walking/biking paths along the beautiful False Creek waterfront - which take you to Stanley Park in no time - are right outside the door. The unobstructed views from the condo and the MASSIVE DECK are literally the best in Vancouver. I never tired of having my morning coffee or evening drink while enjoying the spectacular setting.The space is clean, modern, well appointed and has every convenience you would need - I especially loved the steam shower. Shawn was readily available for any issues we may of had- which were minor - and was quick to respond to any messages. He even allowed us to bring our dog, which was very greatly appreciated and pretty much unheard of these days.The location, the view and the amenities make this a very special place - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!Randy

Fantastic accommodations and a 5 star location. You will want for nothing by staying at this gorgeous Yaletown home with private terraces. Close to the seawall, the metro, walking distance to both restaurants and grocers. Granville Island is just accross the way. And the view! You might never want to leave. You will certainly want to come back!

Look no further…

We spent 6 months here. This place has amazing energy and sits within one of the most beautiful places in Vancouver. Overlooking the vibrant David Lam park it's a perfect place to reside. The place is easy to enjoy with all the great amenities, pool, hot tub, gym, and let's not forget to mention how accessible it is to all the best restaurants and nightlife. The condo layout felt spacious and comfortable. Definitely quiet and has amazing views all around the condo. The primary suite has a steam shower that we still dream of. Perfect after a good workout or walk or bike around the seawall. The beds are luxurious and cozy, each room supported with your media needs and unique art. The suite has lots of windows, huge patio for entertaining, including a fully operational outdoor kitchen and views for days. The owner was very kind, responsive and helpful.

Why they chose this property

It's perfectly located in the heart of yaletown for movie stars, the film industry, executives, sports players, tec company exec's, etc. NEW spa (2022) with lap pool, 8 person jacuzzi, dry sauna, and full shower facilities with rain shower heads. Full gym with cardio, 1 elliptical, 2 treadmills, 2 bike , and 1 rowing machines. Universal gym, free weights, with 2 benches, rollers, yoga balls and mats. Mature pets are welcome.

18 minutes to and from YVR airport via Canada Line to Yaletown in Vancouver. 1 parking is included in owners secure underground garage. Ample secured visitor parking is free. Canada Line and Skytrain are steps away for quick access to the entire lower mainland. Car Shares are all right outside of building. Bikes rentals are across the street.

Most people walk everywhere downtown, uber, taxi or take the blue or rainbow colored Aquabus (mini 10 person ferries), located conveniently in 12 places downtown. Sunset Beach, Yaletown, Granville Island, Science World, David Lam (in front of this unit), Olympic Village, Plaza of Nations, Stamps Landing, Spyglass Place.

Stanley Park is close by and it's a fun bike ride into nature right in the city. You can ride all the way around it from your front door in about an hour. You are also a 10 minute bike ride to Kitsilano and 30 minutes to Spanish Banks beaches, overlooking the gorgeous views of English Bay and the downtown core. The unit is wheelchair accessible although there is a step to get outside to the patio.

The view, the patio, the outdoor kitchen and furnishings. Did i say the view and patio? lol Very private suite with only 2 units per floor, very secure. Brand new spa area in main building just completed.
