This light and bright 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom home has endless mountain views and scenery perfect for your dream retreat to Mammoth Lakes! This townhome is located in the quiet Snowcreek Phase 5 neighborhood and is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Mammoth. The main open plan living level is equipped with a large leather couch and chairs, 50" flatscreen TV, cozy gas fireplace, and forced air heating. The large windows throughout offer natural light to flood into both the living and dining areas. The updated kitchen has ample space and is fully stocked for making family dinners. The deck features a private gas grill, the home has hardwood flooring throughout, and a private laundry room with washer and dryer gets the chores done. The master bedroom with new furniture on the main level boasts a King bed with Serta mattress, 27" flatscreen TV, and private newly remodeled en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower with tile. The second bedroom, also on the main level, has a Queen bed with a Twin rollaway bed in the closet, and a 27" flatscreen TV, with access to the shared hallway bathroom. The loft upstairs features a King bed and a private full bathroom! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 7 people, is non-smoking and pets are permitted (one dog upon approval). There are 2 steps to this unit and there are 2 levels inside. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed ourselves in this nicely updated townhome. Great location and spacious for a family of four. Enjoyed the outside deck for breakfasts and evening wine and cheese. The only criticisms would be the television in the living room is small and outdated. Cooking utensils as well as pots and pans need replacing.

Nice location, clean property
plenty of parking, beautiful views, property clean and well stocked. Good selection of board games! We couldn't get the tv to work but not a major issue and we sent an email to the property and received a very timely response. Only feedback is being able to access the property using a key pad/door entry would be easier. Would eliminate a stop to pick up and return the key, plus eliminate the key possibly getting misplaced. But again no big deal, especially considering how nice the property and location are!

The Snowcreek 5 area is nice and close to walking trails with a nice layout that feels more roomy than some complexes.This is a second story unit, so if a set of stairs isn’t your thing, it might not be for you. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

As a group of 6 people we really enjoy our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and your daily habits. When I was booking this rental I didn’t noticed that the bedroom upstairs is actually an open area and that’s the only downside of it. Other than that we really enjoyed staying there.

My only note is that there are wooded stairs to access the unit and our grandma did have trouble, I would just note this on the booking page.

The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because the mattress in the downstairs guest bedroom left a bit to be desired. Also, all of the beds had a sheet and light blanket and there were no extra blankets. Management said that housekeeping was too busy and would do their best to provide extra blankets, but we never received any.

Nice complex but all jacuzzi’s were not working which was disappointing. This rental provided access to Snowcreek Athletic Club so drove there to hit the hit tub and steam room post skiing.

Practically Snowed in
This was a lovely property with plenty of room which was great since we stayed during a massive snow storm. With 3 adult couples it was nice for everyone to have their own space and bathroom. The loft room is cute but not very private FYI. We enjoyed having a fire place and loved having our pup with us. The property management did a great job keeping the roads and pathways as clear as possible.

Clean, spacious, convenient unit
This was a clean, spacious unit that accommodated our family with four adults, a 3 year old, and a toddler. We needed to gate the stairs to the entrance and to the loft but that was expected and we brought the gates. Lots of comfortable seating in the living room. We had a nice view of the mountains. The only minor drawbacks were 15 steep steps from the entrance to the living area. Also, like many VRBO's, the unit was stocked with cheapest available paper products and small appliances like the coffee maker. Overall, a wonderful place for a decent price in a good Mammoth Lakes location.

The mattress was sagging badly; a very thick memory foam pad was under the sheets on top of the mattress but did not correct the issue. It was hard to get out of bed since we had to push ourselves to the edge of the mattress. Other than the bed, the unit was exceptional in every way...beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, well supplied kitchen. I would have given 5 stars across the board if not for the sagging bed.

Pretty location and good management, but just OK condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In a very pretty location in Snowcreek, the condo is mostly well appointed, but small things contribute to just an OK stay overall, and some real frustrations here and there. For one, the sole gas fireplace was either not working or the documentation in the condo wasn't sufficiently clear to get it started (supposedly, we just had to switch it on). Not great for a winter vacation. The appliances are older and the stove tiny and not well lighted, making cooking for our party really difficult. The biggest and most surprising issue, though, was the owner's decision to install some kind of a memory foam or foam mattress and pillows in the master, to which two of us had severe allergic reactions, forcing a quick last minute switch to put the adults in the small second bedroom and the kids in the master. This wasn't helped by the fact that, while the unit overall was very clean, there was a lot of lingering dog hair that was matted into all the area rugs, which would be difficult for even the best of vacuums.
