About this property

4 bed/4 bath Waterfront Home with a NEW Pool & Water Views from Every Window!

We have a large bayside home with an open floor plan at the mouth of the bay where there is a water view from every window. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. On the first floor is a full bar that seats up to 10 people and is only steps away from the canal where you can fish or swim. The bar also has a large TV where you can sit back and relax and enjoy the outdoor space all day and night. On the other side of the house has a private pool where you can cool off & relax. Pool can be heated for additional fee, but spa is not available for heating. One of the full bathrooms is on the ground floor and is used mostly to shower after coming from the beach or getting out of the water. Kayak and outdoor refrigerator is on this ground level!

The second story has a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the amenities from home. There is a large granite dining table that seats up to 10 people. The family room has plenty of seating for everyone as well as a foosball table for entertainment. The first master suite is on this floor with a king bed and private full bathroom, as well as French doors that open to the front deck. There is also another king bedroom on this floor with its own set of French doors that open to the back deck and canal. Another full bathroom is located on this second floor.

The third floor has a second master suite with a king bed as well as another bedroom with 2 queen beds in it. The fourth full bathroom is also on the floor.

The house is located minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from Galveston's attractions!

This house was perfect for our stay. We had 7 adults and had more than enough room. The location is perfect. The fishing was awesome. The pool was a plus! Communication with the owner was great. Answered all of our questions and very prompt to respond. Views of water from all directions. Perfect place!

Just what we were looking for
We had an amazing time. The house is clean and lovely and met all of our needs. The pool was perfect for our small group and got daily use. We rented a golf cart and it was a 5-minute ride to the the beach.It was perfect for an evening trip to watch the sunset and get our toes in the sand. The house is on the bay so it had a quieter family feel but the neighbors are very friendly and always had great tips on things to do and places to eat. We can't wait to do it again next year.

We have stayed here many years and always enjoyed it but this year the weather was cooler. We requested the hot tub be heated for use. It was heated intermittently only!!! We finally gave up as it cooled too much in between. The owners control temp off premises. We paid the fee but won’t stay again

Great time, even though we had a hurricane the week before, the host made sure the house and pool was ready for us. This is the second time we've rented this house for the Family Vacation and plan to rent again next year.

Perfect Vacation Home for a Large Family
Thank you Leeanne for another opportunity for our family to vacation in your home. This was our fifth year to stay here. The location of this house is perfect for our family wants and needs while we are in Galveston each June. The bedrooms are roomy, we have plenty of bathing facilities, a large kitchen and living room that meets the needs of all of the ages between 2 and 70. The swimming pool for the younger kids, the fishing for the older kids, and quiet location make this a winner every year for our destination. I encourage anyone that chooses not to be on the beach to vacation, take a look at this house. Being in the bay is perfect for us. The beach is just a couple of minutes away for those that love the sand. I am seventy and the comfort of air conditioning, and pole fishing off of the back porch is all I need to relax and enjoy our family gathering. This is a great vacation house especially since we are able to rent the house next door for the overflow of our family. What more could one ask for!!!

Canal was great for fishing!
We had a minor issue with the kitchen sink and Leanne had someone there immediately to fix it. The house has lots of sleeping space and we didn’t feel crowed at all with a large family. Get place to stay in a quiet neighborhood.

This property was nicely kept! We loved having a house directly on the water. The downstairs bar area with a second refrigerator was so helpful. We would definitely stay at this location again! Our only "complaint" was there was no kayak as stated and their green fishing light either wasn't working or not accessible. However, we still had a wonderful time! Thank you!!

This house was perfect for our family❣️❣️ The house was located on the canal almost to the mouth of the inlet. It had bedrooms for 3 sets of adults and the dining table and open living area was perfect for 10 people. The house had an outdoor kitchen area with seating and TV. We spent a lot of time in this area fishing. Our son brought his wood smoker barbecue and his “Solo” fire pit which made it even more enjoyable. Leanne was always available when we had minor issues…they were resolved immediately. The only thing we noticed is that some areas of the house could use some TLC (the downstairs outdoor kitchen area) and the outdoor furniture on the upstairs patio. Thank you for allowing us to have one of our best Christmases ever❤️

Overall communication and accuracy of the listing was great. Place met our needs. Wish the fire pits could be turned on and spa heated to more than 90 degrees. Only knock of cleanliness was a dealing with a few cockroaches. Would stay again at this place.

The house is great , it's right on the canal. Perfect for fishing and water activities. The bar seating was very cool to sit with family and just hang out.The pool is a nice treat to relax and cool off. The house was very comfortable with plenty of decks to sit and enjoy the evenings.

The property met all our needs. The owner was quick and responsive. This is our third vacation in a row in Galveston, and no other property has provided so many extras! We got to the house it waseasy to get in and out from first glance it is beautiful. But frie pit did not work, tanning chairs are not there. Trash was under beds and in couch, the ice and water filters needed chamged, so had to keep buying water. Hot tub did not work, lots of little things that need to be fixed. There is a magger leak above the dryer in basement when water upstairs drains. Be careful fising lots of crabs. But all and all was a great getaway but for 5000 little things add up.

Family Beach Trip
My family had a wonderful time staying at this lovely property. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the comfortable rooms. Enough space for 8 people to relax. The mattresses and linens appeared to be new and fresh and everyone got a good night sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked and we found everything we needed to prepare our meals. With 3 rambunkous children the pool was a refreshing activity that helped tire them out. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable canal house close to the beach and neaby Galveston.

The house was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. Minutes from the beach but the bay view was great. The pool was great for my grand baby. She loved it. I would stay there again.
