We absolutely loved at stay here. The location is fantastic - central to everything, step out the front and you’re in the hustle and bustle of vibrant city life. Flinders St station is just metres from the door. Given the location it is almost surprising at how quiet the apartment is. Even with the sliding doors open to the balcony the sounds of the city didn’t intrude negatively. The design and fitout is exemplary- top notch appliances, Bang & Olufsen sound system, dark moody (in a good way) cabinetry and tiles. Two excellent sized bedrooms with king beds. We hope this becomes our new bolthole when we’re doing our CBD visits.

We'll be back!
This was a short trip to go to the Kylie Minogue concert. The location was perfect being so close to lots of great food, shopping and public transport. We could walk to Rod Laver arena. The view from the balcony was stunning and the apartment was equally beautiful. It was well equipped with everything you expect in the kitchen and bathrooms and having the car space was also a blessing. This place is highly recommended and we hope to come back for another stay soon.

We loved our stay at Donna’s apartment. It is in a very convenient location with lots of great restaurants nearby. The beds are very comfy and everything is furnished to a high standard. It is very quiet despite the busy location.

This apartment is the “perfect” for all your needs. This fabulous inner city haven gives you the delights of Melbourne on your doorstep. The convenient location has you able to walk everywhere or trams/trains are at your fingertips. We appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail as always we arrive to a chilled bottle of wine chocolate, chips, nuts and fresh lemons for the G&T, not to mention the sparking water, and well stocked pantry with all the condiments needed for cooking a simple meal. Bathroom is beautifully appointed, comfortable beds with stylish linen, a well equipped kitchen with quality glassware, everything you need has been thought of, even shopping bags needed for the supermarket. You are situated in the middle of the city yet the apartment is quiet and cosy. Balcony is divine with an electric heater on with a flick of a switch. We love staying here as we spent wonderful times exploring Melbourne, and loved spending relaxing times socialising in the beautiful apartment. Thank you again Donna, Ingrid and the team for always making our stay perfect in this gorgeous apartment.

Beautiful appointed and styled property, super convenient, parking included. We stayed with out 2 young kids (4 & 8). So convenient with carparking on site. Just leave your car and walk straight out to enjoy everything Melbourne has to offer. Great food, shopping and culture. We especially appreciated the carefully considered way the appartment had been appointed and how everything just felt so luxurious! We very much enjoyed our stay and felt very spoilt. Thank you for having us, we will definitely be back.

Amazing hidden Gem in the CBD!!
Stayed for 7 nights and wish it could have been longer! Location 10/10!! Walk straight out into the laneway surrounded by restaurants and shops! Woollies 60 seconds walk away, couldnt hear any noise from the street or trams etc. New TV with loads of channels, coffee machine, and a massive SPA bath with skylight! Glorious! Loved the heated towel rails! Absolutely beautifully decorated apartment, beds were very comfy and loads of pillows!!! Nice little welcoming touches upon arrival and also loved sitting out on the garden balcony and having a coffee or dinner with the lights of Flinders station glowing! Magic!! Will be back for future trips to melbourne!

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic. Oir experience from the greeting from Ingrid to yhem entering the apartment met with snacks, a cold bottle of wine in the fridge, to all the high end linen, pillows, towels, appliances, beautiful glasses to drink from, the balcony is stunning with an electric heater and a gorgeous view, comfortable beds, the decor is rich with layer's. I could go on and on about the attention to detail the owner has created. The location is sublime with everything at your finger tips. A bangin apartment and a fabulous stay 😍

It was right in the heart of the street cafe dining area in Melbourne and short walk to the cultural areas and casino. It had a woolworths and coles very close and the free inner tram service is almost at your doorstep. When going to Melbourne we will stay there again!

When you want more than just a hotel room
This place is amazing, plenty of room for a small family or 2 couples. The attention to detail is amazing, from the personal handwritten note waiting for us on arrival to furnishings, to the appliances to the kitchen utensils. A very stylish and comfortable feel pervades every inch. Beds were very comfortable, great towels, large bathroom with an excellent spa bath and large walk in shower. The skylight added an extra airy feel. Curtains (blockout and sheer) and skylight were remotely operated, giving a 5 star hotel vibe. It was lovely to spend time on the balcony looking across the skyline, something you can do any time of year as it's heated if needed. The sliding glass doors open fully to combine inside and out. It's very rare we stay in such accommodation where something isn't broken, missing or just not right, not here though, not a single issue. Check in was faultless and Donna even helped us with a situation on the day we checked out which was greatly appreciated. I've stayed in every 5 star hotel in Melbourne and while some are good, a couple even great, I would still choose this apartment when it's available.

The apartment is absolutely stunning, immaculately clean, in a perfect location and with all the comforts you could possibly want. Our host, Donna, was so extremely kind and wonderful to contact - making the check-in process very easy. Being on Degraves street with all the cafés and restaurants on our doorstep was convenient and made our trip so memorable. Not to mention the quality was amazing, and we had some of the best food here during our trip! Directly opposite Flinders Street Station and with trams essentially 1min walk from your doorstep, made for easy travelling. I was originally planning to stay in a hotel, but am so glad we chose to stay at Donna’s apartment which felt luxurious but also very homely and comfortable. Perfect if you intend to stay for a few nights & are looking for some extra space and the amenities that come with this apartment. Will absolutely be back for our next Melbourne trip. Highly recommend & a sincere thanks to Donna & team for being such lovely hosts. Best, Sarina
