Guest access

To access the community, all guests are required to be registered in the resort system. We kindly ask that you provide us with the first and last names of all adult guests at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. This will help expedite your check-in with security, failure to do so may result in delays to your check-in. At the security gate all registered drivers will be required to provide a valid photo ID.

We offer a starter kit as a courtesy:
• 2 Toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 Small shampoo per bathroom
• 1 Soap per bathroom
• 1 Hand soap per bathroom
• 2 Trash bags
• 1 Dish soap
• 1 Sponge
• 2 Dishwasher pod

The quantity above is intended to make sure you are comfortable upon your arrival and through the first night of your stay. Please keep in mind that you may need to purchase additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

TRASH

• Trash pickup is daily
• Have trash out in trash bench by 7am
• Keep trash bench lid closed especially overnight
• All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags and cannot weigh more than 30 lbs.
• Grocery bags are not allowed
• Loose trash will not be picked up.
• No liquids are allowed.
• Boxes need to be folded flat

DELIVERIES

You can receive packages from UPS, Fedex and Amazon. The USPS does not deliver to the home. You are able to receive food deliveries. Driver will show their ID and your order/the property address to guard at gate.

PARKING

Parking is available at the home in the driveway as well as street parking (this is first come first served). No commercial vehicles, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain, boats, or trailers may be kept on property.

If you would like to check-in early or have a late checkout, please let us know two days in advance, and will do our best to accommodate your request (subject to availability).

PRIVATE POOL

The pool may be heated for a small fee of $70 (for up to five nights), and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29,95. Please contact us prior to your check in date to confirm grill availability at your home.

PETS

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodation for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay.

Loved this place

The home was really beautiful and very cozy. The host were really helpful and responded quickly whenever I had questions or concerns. Overall we had a great time, we felt like we were right at home.

Looking for a CLEAN home?!?

My family and I stayed in the house for nearly 2 weeks and we absolutely LOVED it! Clean, new appliances, great area, pool was filtered the entire time and not to mention the public pool and splash pad was fun! We will definitely be returning!

Nicely appointed home. Highly recommend!

Very good management company. Quick to respond. Home is brand new and nicely decorated but kitchen has missing supplies/some damaged items and needs a little more TLC but overall still a good setup. Only other feedback relates to price being a bit high for the area (compared) but I would still say it was worth the spend just to have great a/c (so important), no water pressure issues and, as noted, a highly responsive management teams.

When we arrived the electricity was off on second floor. I tried to contact the manager several times and it took more than two hours for a response. They changed the age restriction of the club house and never made us aware. Apparently if you have children under 18 they can not go to the pool alone which was 2 miles away. I had two 17 year olds who were treated rudely and embarrassed when they arrived. The wifi was down the entire stay and cell phone service was nearly impossible to obtain. Once I finally reached someone for assistance they told me they would send someone to help the next day at 1pm. We wasted most of the day waiting for someone who never showed up. I called, emailed and texted the property manager and didn’t get a response until that night around 8pm. We were informed that they would not be able to restore wifi until Sunday and our check out was Saturday. They claimed I contacted them after hours even though it was one pm when I reached out to them. Two of the bar stools were broken. The parking area was so congested we had to park blocks away. Even though it says no parking on the street people do making it very difficult to get out. The pool area was nice.

Alot of space for the price

Stayed at this property with my husband and 8 year old son and hosted a Easter family dinner which included 12 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room and also included a private pool for the children to entertain themselves for the day. lots of room to sleep as well. Several beds in the house that was true to the pictures on the web site. The only minor thing I wish was a later check out time which is 10 am and this property is a condo attached to other properties on each side but overall it was still quite at night. We had access to a resort pool/ work out center but it was about two miles away from the property. Had to drive, could not walk to the resort.

Very nice place

Walked into this place and it was very inviting, just as it’s pictured! Good decor, I came with my kids and everyone said they all Slept well. Someone slept in every bed in here and they were all great 👍🏾 although I had to put away some of the glasses and dishes bc of glass and kids usually not mixing well. I brought my own plastic ware and toiletries. We did visit the clubhouse & it was awesome. We had been spoiled by heating our pool at the house and the water is not heated at the clubhouse but it was fun and the kids enjoyed it, one thing to note it is not within walking distance and there’s consistent construction going on in the neighborhood so you have to drive just about a mile away to the entrance of the clubhouse which wasn’t too bad but again a thing to note… For the host it may be good to just add some salt and pepper shakers maybe a day or two supply of coffee for added convenience wouldn’t hurt as there are no such supplies if you decided to eat in or grill. All in all our stay was pleasant and I would definitely come back again. Lastly, house keeping did show up before we left and should perhaps look to arrive at least 30 minutes after check out time as opposed to 30 minutes prior to check out.

Much needed family vacation

The home was fresh and clean, immaculate. The home décor was beautiful. The entire layout was just beyond my expectations. The bed was soooo comfortable and plush. The pool was heated, we enjoyed it. I will definitely book here on my next stay.

Overall very nice

There were a few cleaning issues as well as a description where it said that there was a hot tub at the place which wasn’t. I had to go to a separate facility to be able to use a public hot tub. Had to call for a trash bench that should had been at the front entrance but wasn’t there either and the management company said they were going to call me back and never did. The place was beautiful only I wish it was a little bet better for the price I paid.
