Birubi beach has pedestrian and car access, a surf club (patrolled area of beach), "Crest cafe"/ restaurant, and incredible camel ride opportunities in the surrounding dunes area. A skate park, winding pathways and Robinson Reserve children play ground is all there too. The beach boast some of the best south facing surf spots on the east coast.
All within walking distance of the house!
The rocks are the perfect place for fishing and the beach is wonderful for small children, surfing, sand boarding and long walks with views all down the coastline.
Sunset watching is a must!

The House - Beautiful stunning open designed large house - 2 of the 3 bedrooms are upstairs,
a bathroom on each level, 2 separate living areas, a very spacious balcony, a courtyard with under cover entertaining area, separate internal laundry with front loading washing machine.

Natural light fills the open plan upstairs living area through a combination of cathedral ceilings and high windows. This open plan living space has a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), breakfast bar with stools and a beautiful 8 seater glass table for you to entertain. Large open living room features a flat screen Tv or you can just relax on the large entertaining balcony - sit and smell the beach air.
Upon entry, the lower level of the house opens up to a large living room with a double lounge and a flat screen Tv with views of the outdoor locked large grassed courtyard, a large bedroom with a Queen bed and the toilet and laundry are all housed downstairs on stunning slate tiles.
Parking is off street directly outside the house. The shared driveway means no parking and garage is locked for owner’s exclusive use.
An outside shower will wash away the sandy beach.
Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.
