Cornwall Cottage Cowes - 50 Metres to the Water's Edge!

This cute cottage is ideally positioned opposite a 25 Metre track to Cowes beach!
This character-filled, older style, renovated beach house features an open plan kitchen and living area with cathedral ceilings.
With a modern kitchen, wood combustion heater, aircon, smeg oven and cooktop, 2 bedrooms with built-in robes, central bathroom with shower rail, Euro-style laundry with front load washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, Coffee Machine ,1 x 55′ Smart TV and 1 x 40’ TV and Wifi Internet and 2 outdoor living areas with outdoor seating and BBQ all for a relaxing holiday.
There are 2 bedrooms (including 1 with a TV), a bathroom and lounge room and dining area. There is ample off street parking with room for a boat, the back garden is fully fenced and has a large grassy area.
The property also features beautiful gardens and a huge backyard with double fencing and gates, there is under cover parking and ample off street parking with room for a boat, the back garden is fully fenced and a 20m track to the popular Cowes beach is right outside the front gate! A hot/cold outdoor shower is installed for rinsing sand off after the beach!
The house is a converted fisherman’s cottage of over 80YO.

Well presented holiday rental. Excellent location with its proximity to the beach. Good sized backyard for our pooch to do zoomies in Access to internet/wifi and streaming services. Pet friendly, sure was.

The whole experience was better than expected. House was very tastefully renovated. Warm super comfortable and inviting. Track to beach was literally at the end of driveway. Yard x2. Completely fenced front and back. Would suit smaller dogs like my Pomeranian cross [no gaps in fence/gates] or even the largest breed with so much room to explore. Huge old tree's and even a working herb garden.

Absolutely fabulous!

We stayed here for 3 nights with our two kids (ages 4 and 7) and our dog. What a spot! The section is fully fenced and the back garden is really (really!) big with lovely mature trees - our dog was in heaven. The cottage itself has been thoughtfully and carefully renovated, with all modern trimmings (kitchen, bathroom, heatpumps, wifi, smart tvs, etc). The property was absolutely spotless & the linen/bedding provided was of very high quality. Best of all - the property is a hop, skip & a jump from the beach. Our dog was in absolute heaven. You can't really get any closer! We can't recommend it highly enough and will very much hope to return sometime soon!

Wonderful

I had a really nice stay here with my dog, the house is lovely. The beach is stunning and the main shops aren't too far away. Host Meghan, couldn't be more lovely and accomodating. It was a great holiday.
