About this property

Nestled along the waters of beautiful Craig Bay, our 2 bedroom Ocean Front condo with Mountain Views is located in Pacific Shores Resort. Walk out the door and enjoy a stroll along the beach or enjoy a cocktail while taking in the sunset on our private deck. Fully equiped kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, induction burner and fridge can be used for breakfast, lunch and other light cooking and there are many local options for dine in and take out as well! Communal BBQ's also available steps away for guest use.

The condo itself is 700 square foot unit has been recently renovated with heated floors, gas fireplace and skylights. The space sleeps 6 but no more than 4 adults at one time.

Great Place to Stay

Easy to find and great location. The view from the main bedroom is amazing of the bay and sunsets. Kids loved having a separate bedroom with their own tv and netlix. Does not have a full size kitchen but was well appointed for our 2 night stay. The pool and hot tubs were great to use as well on the property. We would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful property on a gorgeous location….beach, perfectly preserved forest. You can’t go wrong with this beautiful rental property!

Hosted by Roy Thacker & Glenda Imhoff

We are recent transplants to Vancouver Island from Ontario! We have been living on the Island for the past 2 years and finally settled on Nanoose Bay or more specifically Pacific Shores as the best place for us to purchase a property and setup a rental business.

Roy works in the landscaping and snow removal business while Glenda is a Account Manager for a large trucking company. We enjoy everything the island has to offer and hope you will fall in love with it too!

Why they chose this property

We looked at many properties all over the Island before settling on Nanoose Bay. After considering many factors including location, weather, proximity to airports and ferries, etc. we finally settled on Pacific Shores. The scenery is stunning and this is one of the warmest (salt water) swimming beachs in Canada. If you can't get to Hawaii, you may as well be here in Nanoose!

What makes this property unique

Out townhome at Pacific Shores is a 2 level townhouse that is usually separated into 2 units. The upstairs unit (Aloha Cottage - Upper) is available for rent most of the time and the lower unit will be available soon as a deluxe studio with a full kitchen and a walkout patio overlooking the Ocean (Craig Bay).

Although the lower unit is not always available (we like to stay there too!), it will be available on a selective basis for larger groups wishing to rent both units together. Please contact us for availability, pricing and photos!
