Why they chose this property
James Bay is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Victoria because it is close to everything and all the amenities you need yet it feels like a small-town neighbourhood. People actually walk everywhere here (or bike!). You can park your car and almost never use it unless you are doing day trips somewhere. It offers the best of both worlds because you are close to all the vibrancy of downtown yet you have your quiet space to retreat to as well. And for those day trips, access to all the major arteries in any direction are all close by.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique in that it is a walk-out. From the outdoor patio you just have to walk down your stairs to street level and you're ready to go! There is a lot of greenery and little patches of grass for your pooch too! No waiting for elevators anytime you want to go outside and you can have packages delivered right to your door.
