Hippen House - Beautifully Updated Four Bedroom Cashiers Home

This is a beautifully updated Cashiers home with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plus a bonus room in the loft. Enter into the well-equipped kitchen overlooking the dining and living spaces. The living room features a stone fireplace and floor to ceiling windows, providing an abundance of natural light. The back deck, facing the 14th hole green, offers views of Rock Mountain and Chimney Top Mountain. There are two guest bedrooms in a wing to the right of the living room. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a king bed and uses the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. Back in the living room, follow the stairs up to the loft area (watch your head), which has a bonus room with two twin beds and a perfect play area for kids. Back downstairs, just off the kitchen, the third guest bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom, to the left of the living area, offers a king bed, two closets, deck access, and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, dual sinks, and deep soaking bathtub. Enjoy cooking on the propane gas grill and dining on the deck which overlooks the spacious backyard. In the front yard, there is a large outdoor fire pit with ample seating for your enjoyment as well.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
