This house was built in 2021 to provide up to 4 guests with a premier experience in southern hospitality! Stay with us for a wedding, a romantic getaway, or your next family vacation to Disney World! Please note, that this is a duplex unit with an adjoining front unit.
Matthews House #10B features 8ft ceilings, wood vinyl floors, and luxury amenities. There is one bedroom with King Bed, Living Room with a sofa bed, a roll-in shower, and a kitchenette including a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine; in addition to plates, bowls, and cutlery. Access to live TV (HULU TV), Netflix and High-Speed Internet is available. Also, don't forget to relax by our pool with views overlooking Lake Alfred or play a game of shuffleboard!

The property was originally developed as a private residence by Dr. Charles W. Adams—a founding settler of Lake Alfred, Florida— and his wife, Emmie Reynolds Adams. Over the years, the Estate has served as a cherished gathering place for private weddings and celebrations. The property has since been passed down to the family’s third generation, who have carefully maintained its timeless grace and classic charm. The Estate is being transformed into boutique destination resort for weddings, reunions and other events.
