## Space

This is a newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a private patio on the second floor. 505 sq ft of space! The TV in the living room is equipped with an Amazon Firestick. There is plenty of private parking in the gated lot in the back. Rooftop patio with a great view closes at 11pm. Thanks! PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE HAVE A 30 DAY MINIMUM

Guests will have free private parking out back with 24 hour security. Along with access to everything in the home. The day of arrival, guests will be provided with a key code for entry.

## Neighborhood

The property is located in one of the newer named neighborhoods called City Heights. It is tucked in between Sylvan Heights and One City, a multi million dollar development. City Heights is also adjacent to FANG and McKissack Park just seconds away from Fisk, TSU and Vanderbilt Univiersity.
This is a urban and fast changing neighborhood where historic Nashville homes stand side by side with new constructions. Like the Gulch or 12 South, this area once empty is quickly redeveloping. It has pedestrian traffic and people with a wide range of income.

## Transit

The home is centrally located, minutes from the interstate and less than 2 miles to all the popular attractions in Music City. If you're going downtown, I would suggest taking an Uber/Lyft. It's a short $6-8 ride! Save the hassle of finding and paying for parking :)

Overall we had a great time. The place was very clean. It could use a more comfy couch. The balcony and rooftop are a nice place to hangout. The surrounding neighborhood was industrial which was a little strange. It’s a 10 minute ride to downtown and lots of great restaurants to choose from.

You get more at a hotel then this property gives you nothing

They have all these ridiculous rules non sense and the condo needs a new cleaning service because this one they have does not know how to clean the place was really nice but dirty it wasn't worth the money they charge

Worst stay Rude Host

This experience was the worst I ever had. This host never communicated to me, cancelled my reservation and I couldn’t reach him to find out why, had to redo reservation. The day before checkout I wanted to extend the stay. He said I could and never sent the link and stopped responding to me again. He then called with a distorted call and got upset because I was unable to hear him so he put us out and called security. They were oblivious to what was happening. This man continued to be rude and disrespectful and Stole my money. I will Never stay with this company again and will report him and Vrbo to BBB. Just an Awful experience for my sons birthday stay.

Clean & Nice. I’d day there twice.

A nice place. Clean and remodeled. I like the secure parking and stand up shower. Definitely would stay there again. Pillows are average and you hear sirens but you’re close to the hospital.

Worst stay ever

First off, I didn't have any notification on the VO app on how to check in or other details about the property. It took us a couple of hours to get it figured out with the help of a VRBO representative. After driving 10 hours to get there it made for an exhausting evening. When we arrived the apartment had several cleaning issues. Some dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers, a load of laundry still in the washer, streaked mirrors and shower door, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, the sheets had a huge nasty looking stain that the manager was aware of but said he was waiting for reimbursement from VRBO to change, lights out in the kitchen and bedroom, no dish washing liquid or dishwasher detergent and the soap in the bathroom was below the pickup straw. I informed the manager and he did send someone over the next day. She resolved a few of the issues but the carpet remained dirty, bedclothes left in the washer and other issues remained. I asked the manager for some kind of compensation for all the problems. He said he would get with his team to discuss it. I never heard back from him. Also I was told there is plenty of parking but one night the parking lot was completely full after staying out late. There is also a heavy door to dispose of trash that is broken and looks like it could fall over. They also require an additional Damage Deposit here? It took longer than expected to get that back as well. I contacted VRBO to see what the policy was on returning the deposit. They contacted the owners. VRBO told me it was processed and would be returned. Several days later I received a message that the return was just processed. Terrible.
