This is a newly renovated, 505 sq ft. apartment. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a private patio on the second floor. There is plenty of gated, private parking in the back.

Guests will be given a code for free gated parking out back. Along with access to everything in the home. The day of arrival, guests will be provided with a key code for front door entry.

## Neighborhood

The property is located in one of the newer named neighborhoods called City Heights. It is tucked in between Sylvan Heights and One City, a multi million dollar development. City Heights is also adjacent to Fang and McKissack Park just seconds away from Fisk, TSU and Vanderbilt Univiersity.
This is a urban and fast changing neighborhood where historic Nashville homes stand side by side with new constructions. Like the Gulch or 12 South, this area once empty is quickly redeveloping. It has pedestrian traffic and people with a wide range of income.

## Transit

The home is centrally located, minutes from the interstate and less than 2 miles to all the popular attractions in Music City. If you're going downtown, I would suggest taking an Uber/Lyft. It's a short $6-8 ride! Save the hassle of finding and paying for parking :)

Clean but bare bones

Nice place but only for roosting not much of a hangout except the balcony. One thing smaller than a love seat to watch the tv from. No tables/lamps on either side of the bed. One bulb in every overhead, if it went out...Only had two towels each and one washcloth for 5 days. Gated lot and balcony view at night good. Hospital helicopters, sirens, trains at night. Nice inside!

Great Oasis

The place was great! I kept it very clean in order to get my $200 cleaning fee reimbursed. The outer gate lock was missing.

Girls Only Vacation in Nashville

Prior to my wife and her best friend arriving we had a little bit of a problem communicating to the host and getting check in info which usually is sent the morning of arrival. My wife and her friend were on site and could not get in to the home so I contacted both Vrbo and the host. Thankfully the host replied via email with the check in instructions and the rest of the trip went great! House was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Located perfectly to downtown so Uber wasn’t bad. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for hosting my wife and her friend!

Rent at your own risk🐜🐜🐜

This could be a great little rental. If someone really took the time and attention to make sure it was cleaned properly and properly stocked with linens and dishes and flatware. The biggest problem was ANTS! It was the reason we left after the first night…our 3 nights was cut to 1 night after ants 🐜 were all over my towel after I showered and I was drying myself off with it and discovered ants on my body…yea…that was the last straw!!! Lack of utensils(one fork that hubby and I had to share for dinner night before) general lack of uncleanliness. Light bulbs out. Btw…the roof top is spectacular as shown in the pics…but the view that you are looking at currently is a dump. Not sure if or what it may become in the future🤷🏻‍♀️. Anyways…contacted Lazykey who offered to send someone over to address the issues. I refused because whoever “prepared” that place for us HAD TO HAVE KNOWN ALL THE ISSUES TGEY WERE LEAVING FOR US!!! We made other arrangements. Asked that especially due to the ants issue that they refund us the two unused nights. Still going back and forth between VRBO and Lazykey. Very unhappy with this issue. I have loved booking with VRBO all the times I have used them in the past but this is very disappointing.

Pros: Quiet, dark space for sleeping Nice porch Cons: Shoddy internet Completely unsealed front door - very loud in the front room! Very little natural light (unless you have all the doors open and even then, it’s dark) The entire apartment had only one glass and one mug, making simultaneous consumption of beverages inconvenient

great spot

Great location for us! It is near a hospital, so there are some sirens at any given time, but it was far enough from downtown to be fairly quiet. When they say they have the bare minimum for amenities (toilet paper, soap, etc), they mean it. That wasn't a huge deal for us, especially because of the price. There is a balcony off the bedroom and the rooftop has seating which was nice to have our coffee at in the morning. I really enjoyed and would definitely stay again!
