Not quite as expected

Great place for family to stay together while visiting Redwood National Park. House was smaller than expected. Pictures on vrbo were misleading.with one room photographed twice with different furniture (bunk bed room was the queen bed room). However despite this the house worked well for our needs.

Perfect home to relax after visiting Redwood.

We loved this home, it was immaculate and was extremely well stocked with anything we could need or want. How nice it was to come home after a day of hiking and chill with family while watching the sun set. We highly recommend!

Beautiful coastal rental highly recommend

The property has a fantastic coastal view with picture windows the length of the living room kitchen diner ( with pool table). We were 6 adults from 2 generations of my family. We love to cook and the well equipped kitchen and gas grill were perfect. The bedrooms suites our needs and had great views- bathrooms all well decorated and clean. A memorable stay

Beautiful Home

We stayed in the gorgeous home with family and friends who came to town to celebrate our son's 8th grade graduation. The views from the home are nothing short of breathtaking. The house was clean, gorgeous and inviting. The beds were so comfortable. Every bathroom has a shower and there were multiple hot water heaters, so our large family never had to wait in line. The kitchen came stocked with everything we could need to prep, cook, and serve delicious food. Every appliance and dishware you could need was stocked and ready. There were even a great variety of spices, and basic pantry items available to use. The game closet was well stocked to laugh, play and enjoy each others company. The quick access to the beach was amazing. The proximity to town and ease of getting to tourist attractions or family fun was perfect. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be looking to return to this beautiful home in the future.

Beautiful Ocean Home

This home has everything you are needing/wanting for your stay. You can see the ocean out all the bedroom windows. It is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for sunsets. Kitchen gadgets great for cooking too. We will definitely be back. Hosts were great to work with. We had only 1 day of rainy weather and the pool table was nice to have. Recommend this property.

Great View (sans graffiti) but house needs cleaning

For the hefty price this house needs some serious cleaning and TLC. Graffiti on the rocks below the house spoils the view. We never would have thought we would have to look at graffiti from a VRBO home at this price and of course it is not shown in the photos! Our first impression when going into the home from the garage door access was dirt and grime and a bunch of dead bugs right in the doorway into the home! The tile floors inside had puddles of water, so it appeared that someone mopped yet the floor was still dirty, and we had to clean up the puddles as to not track water around. Small fir needles and dirt were on the wood staircase and in the upstairs bedroom. The very large glass range hood was dusty, and grime covered. This hood is a major focal point and shocking that cleaning it was overlooked! Every bar stool chair was dirty with crumbs as was the 2-tiered wire stand with used napkins full of crumbs. The glass turntable in the microwave was missing, several knives in the knife block were put away dirty. The cover on the pool table had strands of a previous guest hair as well as dust. Common sense hygiene rules are not followed: There is a toothbrush caddy in the bathroom with old paste and gunk in it (not that we would even think of using it) but if you provide one-clean it. The dining table has place mats that you cannot launder. After you pay your full dues, you are informed that you have to strip the beds sheets but not the blankets or bedspread which implies they are not laundered between guests. The downstairs master bath shower floor is moldy. Most of the window blinds are dirty and need of replacement. The master bedroom blind is torn. The 2 love seats are in need of replacement-saggy and uncomfortable. We were more than disappointed in the lack of care in cleaning this home between guests.

We loved our stay! We enjoyed every aspect of this house. The view is unbeatable! Absolutely gorgeous! We went to the Lighthouse, Ocean World, Fern Canyon, Trees of Mystery and, of coarse, spent lots of time enjoying the beach. We loved every minute!

Breathtaking views with comfortable spaces!

Outstanding views of the ocean enhanced our time together in the spacious and comfortable home. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the comfortable bedrooms, and we enjoyed the pool table too! We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the home- pamphlets and menus of local place, books, binoculars, and toiletries. We also appreciated being able to park both large vehicles in the garage. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Spectacular View

Oh my goodness! You have the best seat in the house with the ocean view from this house! To make it even better, you can walk down to the beach. The house was cozy and clean. Our family of 7 enjoyed the open concept living, dining, kitchen with the pool table. This home had one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever experienced in a rental. The best part for us was the hostess, Cynthia. She was amazing at handling our every request! We were celebrating a birthday in our group and requested flowers and a cake to be at the house upon our arrival. She went over and above to see that it was done… even picking up the items and taking them to the house personally. We appreciated her so much! We would definitely stay here again!

Million Dollar View

Had a blast & would recommend this house to anyone. If you've got a large group and want one of the best views along Pebble Beach Drive, this is your place. Large living room area with a pool table & spacious kitchen made for a great visiting area. Plenty of rooms, parking & friendly neighbors when you're respectful of the neighborhood. We stayed in the upstairs Master... get your dibs on it early is all I can say. Lots to do in CC area. I got lucky and married a local gal and have been coming up July 4th week for 30 years. You have miles of Beachfront, Smith River, Redwoods, Golf, and a small Park within walking distance with an ocean view. Good food & adult beverages if you know where to look too. No back deck or back yard, limited front yard and a little room on one side... but who needs it. You can literally walk 50 feet to Skateboard Hill to ocean front or drive 2 minutes to any number of beach front entries. Thank you & Happy Travels Everyone!

Relaxing and Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at your beautiful home, the neighborhood and surrounding area was very nice to explore. We appreciate how clean everything was. The kitchen and items in the garage were very well stocked, it doesn't compare to any other location that we have stayed at. Redwood forest getaway

We found this lovely ocean home to be the perfect home base while we visited and hiked the local redwood forests of Northern California. The hosts were very friendly, approachable, and helpful with local ideas for dinner etc. would highly recommend
