The home offers a light-filled living room, chef's delight kitchen and a game room. NOTE: there is a 31-day minimum stay.

SERENE SOUTHWEST RETREAT
Great for kids and adults, Las Sendas offers an exquisite blend of comfort and elegance, ideal for families. Featuring a second-story balcony and a backyard patio with a pool and spa, a cozy firepit, and captivating desert views, the home provides a serene retreat. Inside, you will find spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and four comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests.

This home is part of the gated, Las Sendas community with championship golf, a pool, basketball, pickleball and tennis courts, plus several excellent restaurants. Greens fees are $149 until 2pm daily. Please call our concierge and we’ll be happy to arrange a tee time.

Only an 18-minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, this home provides easy connectivity for travelers. The most recommended mode of going in and out is car rentals, with the added option of pre-booking Uber or Lyft for seamless journeys. While many picturesque destinations are scattered throughout the Valley, it is a delight to explore town on a pedicab for a leisurely and scenic stroll.

Upstairs, the master bedroom provides a tranquil retreat with a private patio, perfect for soaking in the stunning Arizona sunsets. The delightful loft offers a playful sanctuary for children with a large couch that easily converts to twin beds.
With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a bathtub for a luxurious soak, this home is designed to accommodate both comfort and style.

The heart of the home, a stylish kitchen equipped with modern amenities including a Keurig coffee machine, invites culinary exploration. Large windows offer serene views of the expansive backyard and the natural landscape beyond, making every meal a visual delight.

Next to the kitchen, a game room equipped with foosball, darts, and a warm fireplace becomes a hub of entertainment, seamlessly integrated with the dining area through an open floor plan. This layout encourages gatherings, framed by scenic windows that bring the beauty of the outdoors inside.

For those colder evenings, you have the option to heat the pool.
