Golf View #3212. This unit is located in GOLF VIEW RESORT! Less than a mile to the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge. The condo features 2-bedrooms with King Size beds, 2-bathrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeping 6 people! The Golf View Resort features an on-site charcoal grilling area, outdoor seasonal pool and indoor pool that is open year-round. The Resort is located next to the Gatlinburg Golf Course. Upon making your way into the unit, you'll notice the spacious open living area featuring an electric fireplace and comfortable seating. Unit #3212 is located on the third floor; you have a golf course view off of the outdoor porch area. You can hear the sounds of the Dollywood train from this resort. The Golf View resort does have both an indoor and outdoor seasonal pool/outdoor hot tub and sauna and a community grilling area available for guests to use.

Location and Layout

We have stayed at Golf View multiple times now. We like the convenience of the location to everything on the strip. The condo is decorated well and was very clean.The layout is such that the bedrooms are separated from the common area by a hall which makes it better for us. We will be back.

Get the insurance

Relatives went instead of us because we were in a serious car accident. Facility would not allow us to change dates - they sited the insurance and suggested we purchase it next time. Family loved the area. Condo was 49* and took time to warm up. The beds were hard as rocks.. other than that they had a blast.

Fall Vacation

Everything was great the only thing I would change there was enough towels for one day of baths so if for some reason you had to take two baths you had to wash them before you could there should be enough for two days. We washed everyday my wife said she washed more laundry on vacation than being at home all week.

Great condo close to everything!

We ended up having to change our Fall Break plans at the last minute because of a hurricane impacting the area we were going so we booked this at the last minute to come to the Pigeon Forge area. The condo was clean and in a great location, close to everything but in a quiet area. We had a great stay!

Very nice condo. It was clean and very spacious. The only complaint we have is the mattress in the primary bedroom is entirely too firm.

Needs attention

Overall the condo was in a great location, and was clean with a few exceptions. The pillows need to be replaced and the master bed was hard as a rock! Housekeeping needs to do a better job, one closet had a dead cockroach and mouse droppings thankfully we never saw a mouse. The comforters in both bedrooms were dirty with stains and hair on them, we also had another live giant cockroach in the master bath the last night of our stay!

Excellent Condo

The Golf View Resort was absolutely wonderful. The condo itself was safe and secure. It was very clean and comfortable and the very fact that because my husband loves golf so much we were able to take a day on the golf course. The view from our condo overlooking the golf course was absolutely amazing. We are already planning to come back at a later time to stay at the same condominium. It was absolutely amazing, everything that we needed was there. The bed was comfortable and I would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay to consider the Golf View Resort, especially if you are a lover of Golf! We cannot wait to go back and stay at the same condominium for our wedding anniversary.

Pigeon Forge summer fun

We had a great trip to Pigeon Forge and a big part was this condo. It is a great location - short drive to all the attractions, restaurants, shopping yet the condo is quiet, peaceful and relaxing! Will come back again.

It was alright.

Lot of stuff broken and clearly hasn’t been maintained. Toilet seat broken, fireplace hinges broken, ceiling in the kitchen coming apart, bathtub drain plugs don’t work, all the doors jambs were out of place making it hard to lock the deadbolts, bathroom door wouldn’t latch, etc. sorta clean in a sense but lots of dust and dirt around vents and window sills. Wasn’t terrible but wasn’t our favorite.

Great location

Lots of positives but a few things to work on. Location is perfect for exploring Dollywood and Pigeon Forge area. The home was very clean and easy to find and check in. Living room is comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a nice view of the mountains. Two things that need addressing are the Jacuzzi tub and the master bed. The tub did not have a working plug and we had to rig our own to be able to enjoy it. The master bed needs better support and mattress. We ended up switching to the other room which was a much better experience. Overall I still rated this property highly as it has a lot of positives and hopefully the problems can be addressed

The condo was clean which is 💯 important to us! Just a few things to guests, the master bath drains very slow and the master bed is very firm! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
