A solid choice
The condo is on the 2nd floor with a nice ocean view. It's relatively new and everything was clean and worked well. The beach is lovely if crowded. We visiting during the 4th of July week and you had to set-up camp by 9:30 to get a pole-position on the beach with an ocean view. By 11AM the whole beach was full 5 rows deep. Despite the crows, everyone was well behaved and it was overall lovely.
My only complaint is with the property company. They sent a forest of email regarding rules, penalties, and responsibilities. There was no welcome or suggestions of what to do other than useless coupons. I also did not appreciate that the clean towels and linens were dumped in the kitchen in a plastic bag. We had to make the beds and strip them when we left. For the price, this should be included. In fact, the whole process felt like it was optimized for the property company to be bothered the least and make the most profit. And their office smelled and felt like a retirement home.
Overall, lovely property and would visit again. A better property company would improve experience.
