Nashville stay

Cute place along the river. The neighborhood is just ok, a little noisy at night. A couple blocks away it’s a lot nicer. Very close to Sounds Stadium.

Disappointed

We had several issues, sliding glass door to patio did not lock. Refrigerator door would not close properly you had to push it close to stop it from popping open. Handle on glass door to shower was broken, this was reported to them back in August and never fixed. Water started leaking out of the vent in the bathroom while I was on the toilet, had to put a towel on my head as not to get wet. It however did not leak the next day. The bedroom door does not close has the floor is very warped. It has a very strong mildew order. We contacted the management team when the water started to leak and they said they had a maintenance team in the area that was 10am at noon they had not showed up so I contacted them again and they said they would be here at 1:00pm. 1:45pm they still had not shown up we told them to forget it until we checked out as we did not want to waist our whole day waiting for them. I told them we booked this place with confidence that we were getting a well maintained home and that I feel for our inconvenience we should get a partial refund. Last communication was they were working the issues and did not have an answer yet but wanted me to know they got myt message. That was yesterday at 10:31am, and have heard nothing back. Very disappointed in the whole place.

It was ok

Overall our stay was ok. A cute small suite, decorated fairly well. The suite was pretty clean, however had a strong mildew smell, and a couple minor issues such as; a broken handle on the shower, the curtain rod over the sliding door was pulled almost completely out and a kitchen cabinet door was missing. A few small issues, but fixing them could make a bit of an impact on a guest’s impression and experience.

Great Girls getaway!

Perfect Location

Needs attention

The curtain rod over the sliding door is coming out of the wall, the cabinet over the toilet in the RR is also pulling out of the wall. Overall the place is good, but attention to detail is needed in several areas. Also providing paper towels is kind of an essential….. and there were none. The silverware was horrible! The forks bent and the knives wouldn’t cut butter!

Perfect Location

The condo was very clean and perfect for 2 or 3 people. It is small. The view from the balcony of the Cumberland River was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and pots and pans. I would say that there are a few repairs/updates that should happen. The curtain rod above the sliding glass door was coming out of the wall, the ice maker does not work in the freezer the handle on the shower door was falling off and lots of scuff marks on the walls that could use a fresh coat of paint. None of these issues hampered our stay and we had a great vacation. The walk to Broadway is a good 20 minutes and through some sketchy areas so we walked downtown during the daytime and took an Uber at night. We appreciated being able to get an early check in and there were no issues communicating with the property manager. Thank you for a great stay. We would return to this condo!!

Nice condo!

This is a great location when staying in Nashville. Close enough to walk multiple places and easy access if driving. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Condo was exactly as pictured and we found it very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked with supplies. And I have never stayed in a vacation rental that offered toiletries like hotels do. Thought that was a very nice touch! Would definitely stay here again.

So it was a nice apartment. The key card was missing which I’m sure was just accidentally lost but it I called the numbers that was left for me No response than texted the numbers no one responded. I sent an email the next day then I got a response. Which took one more day to get the pool key to us. The only problem really was getting a response. Other than that I would have gave them a five star

Nice riverfront condo

The condo was decorated nicely. The location was close to Broadway, only a short walk away. There is construction to the road currently but it didn't cause any noise or problems for getting around. The neighborhood felt safe even at 3 am.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect getaway with my wife. Enjoyed the close proximity to Lower Broadway and all of the other attractions. Wifi was a little sketchy and had to use our own streaming service to watch television but not a big deal since we were out and about most of the time. Definitely will return in the future. Go Iowa Hawkeyes.

Nice place, some items of note

This is a nice unit, we found it clean and well stocked. The location is nice, looking over the river and about a mile from Broadway, we walked some of our trips. Note: a few days before our rental I had to log into their identity verification company to prove my identity, which included entering name, address, phone and upload a copy of my driver's license and a selfie. Note 2: don't expect to get in before 4 pm, their lock will only work after 4 pm with the key code they provide you, I asked for early check-in, the answer was no. Note 3: the little make up room in the photos is not usable, it is used as a supply storage. Otherwise this was a nice place and I recommend it for a Nashville stay.

Great location

This was a very clean property and great location. However, the property owners’ need to supply more towels to these units. I don’t think with the money we pay to rent this unit, that I should have to pay to wash the towels or wash towels while I’m on vacation. We were only two adults in this unit for 4 nights. Individuals that fly can’t pack towels or expect to buy more towels. Once I advised customer services about this issue they did bring towels, just not the right kind we needed. If I stay there ever stay again, I would speak to customer service again to ensure that there is enough towels. Also, the living room TV was broken and customer service tried to fix the issue over the phone but was not able too. Overall this was a good property to stay at.

Nice Little Place

Overall, the place was clean. The kitchen is outfitted with everything needed to make a meal. The bed was comfortable. The apartment is well decorated. The neighbors were quiet. We liked the covered parking. There were big boxes stored in the closet, which made it hard to hang our clothes. Attention to detail could be improved such as making sure all light bulbs are working, a towel bath mat provided for stepping out of the shower, and that the balcony is cleared of spider webs. The location is a little out of the way, but doable. It’s a 20 minute walk down to Broadway. We rented scooters for the 3 days we were there, but beware. Nashville has restrictions on the scooters. They shut off at 10 pm so don’t count on them to get back to the apartment late at night. The scooters are also inoperable on Vanderbilt. Campus and other various areas.

Great riverfront close to the action

Property was as listed amd well provisioned. Coffee each morning overlooking the river was a nice addition and although walkable to the action in Broadway, we mostly elected to use Uber. Great spot for a lovely weekend.

The property has some structural and cosmetic issues, including (very) dirty floors, warped/uneven flooring, and stained ceilings from leaks. Although decorated well, the pictures on VRBO are much older, probably when the place was new.

Great location

Great location to Broadway & all you'd want to do around town. Close to some sketchy areas but I think that could be said for anywhere. Only 2 blocks away from the minor league baseball field too! We enjoyed a short walk over to catch a game, and they do a firework show on Friday nights after the game. We would definitely stay here again.
