A stunning two-bedroom suite with an open-concept layout professionally designed to maximize guest comfort while providing an affluent aesthetic. Each bedroom features a plush, remote-operated orthopedic mattress and blackout blinds to ensure peaceful sleep. Moreover, the master bedroom includes a King-size bed, two large closets, a wall-mounted TV and an ensuite bathroom. The state-of-the-art, chef-style kitchen is fully functional and equipped with high-end appliances, including a beautiful Breville coffee machine, which makes a lovely morning expresso. Furthermore, around the corner is the suite's living area featuring upscale decor and furnishings, a 60-inch H.D. television above a cozy fireplace and a dedicated workspace ideal for guests travelling for business or working remotely. Guests can enjoy the fresh air on the suite's private terrace with a garden view, firepit, barbeque, and heat lamps to keep warm. Alternatively, they venture up to the building's incredible, communal rooftop patio with an excellent view of the Downtown Victoria cityscape. The suite also comes with in-suite laundry and a secure underground parking space for guest convenience.

Policies and Booking Requirements
Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 25 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. Pets Welcome. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine)

Pet Policy: Our policy allows one small dog (under 20 Ibs) to stay in the suite upon our approval. Do not book before receiving approval for a pet. No cats allowed. A $75 pet fee will be added once we confirm your reservation.

Loved our stay
This was our second time in Victoria for a month-long stay. The condo was perfect for a couple--great location and very well furnished. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area & the other people in the building were so friendly and kind. We will be back.
