Your rental and home away from home is a well appointed and newer villa with wonderful lake views located in the Coral Harbor subdivision of Naples Reserve on a quiet street, circular street that is only a few minutes walk from the tennis and pickleball courts. You accommodations features a 2 bedroom and a den attached villa with a 2 car garage with a spectacular lake view.
Naples Reserve is a master planned community centrally located in east Naples, Florida right off of US-41 and is a quick ride to downtown Naples, the Naples pier and beaches.
You will find the community to be full of amenities so you wont have any reason to leave the gates as you can enjoy kayaking, bocce, tennis, swimming in the resort style pool, relaxing in the hot tub, playing tennis and pickleball, relax by the sandy beach that is lakeside while enjoying a cold drink under a chickee hut. Additional amenities include bocce courts, a beach volleyball court, a well appointed gym/exercise room and the Latitudes Cafe.
The Space:
Upon driving up the main entrance drive to Naples Reserve you will feel as though you are on vacation - which you are! The palm tree and subtropical plantings lining the entrance road lead you to the entrance lake with beautiful fountains on either side. Once through the guarded gate you will come atop the entrance road that has spectacular views of the main lake and the Island Club where most of the amenities are located in Naples Reserve.
You'll continue on the main road and then will come to Coral Harbor, the subdivision where your 2 bedroom and a Den villa is located. Located on a circular street with no thru traffic you will find the villa to be very peaceful especially with its location at the end of the lake behind the home you have long and expansive views from the back of the home!
You enter the Villa from the side of the home and upon entering you have the kitchen immediately in front of you and then the dining area followed by the family room next to that. To the right of the family room is main bedroom suite that features a 4 poster King sized bed. The attached en suite bathroom features granite counters, dual sinks and a glass enclosed shower.
Towards the middle of the Villa, across from the kitchen is the Den with functions as an office with a desk, and desk chair along with a pull out sofa. Continuing out from the Den you head towards the front of the home where the Second/guest bedroom is located and this bedroom is set up perfectly for your overnight guests and kids/grandkids with it's 2 twin beds. The second stand alone full sized bathroom has granite counters and a tub and shower combo.
On the way towards the garage is the spacious laundry room with a newer washer and dryer which goes out towards the 2 car garage which is available for your use during your stay as well. There is an electric grill in the garage that guests can use, this is an amenity that was recently added!
In the back of the home which is accessed from the family room is the screened and covered lanai which has an outdoor love seat, 2 outdoor arm chairs and foot rests and a out door table. You can enjoy the sound of the fountain in the lake behind the home and the expansive lake view, which looks SW so you will enjoy some spectacular nightly sunsets form the lanai!

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.
It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 50 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.
This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. The HOA has an additional application fee, not included in this reservation and must be paid separately.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.
