Lots of space for everyone, great facilities, brilliant location for Algonquin, water sports at Algonquin Outfitters, and Huntsville generally.
Very pleased with everything including owner and helper.
Our family participated in the TriMuskokan---our first triathlon. Perfect accommodation close to start of race, and to the downtown for post race craft beer. The start of a family tradition.
The photos of the home don’t do it justice! It was a beautiful home with lots of character. My children and my sister and I loved staying in such a lovely heritage home, and being able to walk downtown was a bonus.
Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home!
House was able to fit two families very comfortably. It is an older place with lots of character and some new renovations. A close walk to the main street of Hurstville if a plus and makes it easy meals and shopping. we did have one issue with the place but the host was very quick to resolve the problem.
Needs a good spring cleanup but the snow had just left in the previous two weeks. House was great again. This our second time at this location for a hockey tournament and will probably book again for next year.
The host was incredible and very responsive to our questions and needs. The house is very well stocked with everything you need and had ample room for 5 friends to each have their own room and space. There are only two bathrooms, both on the 2nd floor, so those sleeping in the loft, needed to come down the stairs to use the bathroom. We stayed in late August when it was cooler at night so were able to open the windows as there is no a/c. I would definitely book again in the cooler months of the year. We really enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with the hosts!
The property is clean but a little bit old.
It seems some places still renovate, it will be better soon.
We like the bath room is nice and nothing is missing.
We had such a great stay. The house was clean, cozy and tastefully decorated and we felt very much at home. We enjoyed some cross-country skiing at Arrowhead and some local shopping and restaurants ( in walking distance). A perfect mid- winter getaway.
We will do this again for sure.
